Perfect ski in, ski out* 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Breckenridge at the Grand Timber Resort

This is a ski in ski out time share resort with everything you expect from a 5-star resort. There is a master bedroom with king bed and master bath with jacuzzi tub, a separate bedroom with one queen bed, en-suite bath, and a queen pull-out sofa, as well as a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. This well laid out condo features a large open fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast bar, living room with gas fireplace, dining room, full-size washer/dryer, a great private balcony and free Wi-Fi.
Resort Amenities: Spa, Lodgepole Bar & Grill, General Store, Fitness Center, Heated underground parking, 2 indoor/outdoor heated swimming pools, 2 indoor and 4 outdoor hot tubs.

The resort is ski in and ski out at peak 9

The amenities listed below come with unit and you have full access to:
• Multiple pools (indoor and outdoor)
• Multiple indoor / outdoor hot tubs
• Refresh Massage Studio: on site you can book and pay for services prior or when you arrive.
• Fitness center, Great Room/Pool table, Private theater (reservations required) and much much more. You name it... we have it at this resort.
• Heated covered parking
• Grand Timber provides a private shuttle service between all 4 resorts, and the bases of peak 7, 8, and 9. The shuttle service also takes you to down town Breckenridge if you don't feel like driving and looking for parking spots.

*The resort is ski in and ski out. You ski right from the resort down a short path and you can ski out to the bottom of the peak 9 base. If there isn't enough snow you may have to then walk about 50 yards/3 minutes from the edge of the snow to bottom of Peak 9 (Beaver Run/Quicksilver lifts). You can also take the free, private shuttle to all the bases. Access to slopes is from back of building 6 where Christy sports rental is located. This is where you can store (for free at Christies) or rent your skies. If you prefer, there are also lockers that you have access to and can store your skies. Bring your own lock if you plan to use lockers.

Amazing!

My girl friends and I had such an amazing time on our mountain get away! The location is perfect, and the resort is truly amazing! We had plenty of room and the whole stay was great! The 24/7 text option was perfect for getting questions answered quickly and the shuttle service was so great! Thank you!

We enjoyed or stay at Grand Timber Lodge very much! It’s was a great condo, very spacious a roomy for a family. We loved the facility and all it amenities. Wish we had more time to see more of it And the property owners were very helpful even before our stay. Thank you !!

President's Day Getaway

Came up for the long weekend with my family and in-laws. Great facility. Large HEATED indoor-outdoor pools with multiple hot tubs inside and out at both pools. Loved the option of sauna or stream room. And a bar/ restaurant with in the resort. The ski runs and town are a bit further than a walk away in peak winter, but shuttles are always running and we never had to wait long leaving or coming back. My only complaint is they did not let us do an early check in (less than an hour) when I know that it was ready. Overall fantastic though. Room fit our needs perfectly. Would recommend and try to book again in the future.

Great location in Breck

Grand Timber Lodge is a great ski in/out option in Breck. It provides easy access to town as well. The property has nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. The underground parking is amazing. Beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs as well. It’s easy to access the Snowflake lift to start the day and then ski back using the signs along the Lower Sawmill ski trail. My only issue with GTL was that they moved us for one night from a 2 bed/2 bath unit to exactly the same unit in another building. I don’t understand why unit assignments couldn’t be rearranged to prevent relocating. But the staff did move all our belongings after we had them packed. Also, the front desk could only give me a one night parking permit so the next day I had to visit the concierge to get a long term pass. Over 5 days I was required to visit the front desk 4 times to deal with the parking and changing of rooms.

Just what we were looking for

Clean and comfortable for my family of 5, including 3 teenage boys. Easy to ski in/out, heated underground garage, and Christy’s ski rental on property. The Boot restaurant on property was a great place to grab lunch when on-mountain dining was booked all day. Jennifer responded to my email/questions immediately and ensured we had everything we needed.
