This home is just steps from the Poudre River Trail and a short 10-minute stroll from New Belgium Brewery and Old Town!

Located in Old Town North, this exquisite townhome is within walking distance to all Old Town Fort Collins has to offer. Enjoy a fun-filled day touring local breweries, relaxing and floating down the Poudre River or shopping in Old Town. Then spark up the gas grill, pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy an unforgettable evening in this luxury abode. Be sure to head upstairs at golden hour as this home boasts one of the largest rooftop decks in all of Old Town with amazing sunset views. You may never want to leave!

BATHROOMS: Bathroom on main level, hairdryers, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

GENERAL: Flat screen televisions in every bedroom, high-speed WiFi, blackout privacy curtains, washer/dryer, keyless entry, zoned heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials.

LOCATION: This townhome is located in Old Town North and is a great place to call “home” while visiting the area. It is near Historic Old Town – where you can find restaurants, specialty shops, live music venues, and some of the largest and best microbreweries in the country. It is also just steps from the Poudre River Trail which connects to a network of trails spanning across all of Fort Collins and the surrounding area. Not to mention - we’re only one hour from Denver, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park!

Great property for exploring Fort Collins

This was a great home-away-from-home for visiting family in Fort Collins. The unit was beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen (including spices, which is always a bonus!), comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The rooftop patio with the fireplace was lovely, and there was plenty of room for 3 generations to gather in the living room/kitchen area. It's within walking distance to the river trail and Old Town areas (a longer walk to Old Town) and very convenient to everything. Of note, there is one bedroom downstairs (perfect for the oldest generation), and otherwise there are lots of stairs to reach the bedrooms. We definitely hope to stay here again on our next visit!

Perfect stay!

We stayed for a few days and this cute town house was cute and clean. Close to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked dinner for Thanksgiving. Highly recommend.

Great place for a wedding weekend

We were in town to celebrate our niece's wedding in Laporte but it was great to be close to downtown for Halloween as well. The kitchen was well stocked to allow us to make breakfast each morning, and hanging out on the deck to enjoy the sunset was a fun treat. Very close to the Poudre River so a conveinent place to run.

Lovely Fort Collins Home Base

Overall this property was a great place for my family (adult children and my husband and me) to all be together while attending a family wedding in town. We have friends who also live in Fort Collins and the location was perfect for us to meet up with them yet have our own home base to return to. The checkin process was seamless and the check out instructions were easy to follow. Communication with Stacy, the property manager, was excellent. She was quick to respond to questions. If we need accommodations in Firt Collins in the future we would definitely consider this property again.

Great Location

This property is right near the river and breweries and old town. We were able to walk or bike everywhere. The host was very responsive and resolved a couple issues we had immediately.

Old Town Dirty

We will not return to this property or trust Stacy and Mountain Time Vacation Rentals to provide a quality product. The condo was filthy. Where do I start? Window ledges and blinds had a thick coat of dust and dirt and even bugs. Mattresses had large stains, which we noticed when we stripped the beds as part of the check-out process. Kitchen cabinets had sticky finger prints on them and bugs inside. Floors were gross. The property is tired and not kept clean. The photos of the decks make them look like places you’d like to hang out. They are not. You could tell that no one had looked at the property to see if it had been cleaned or was ready for guests. Also, Stacy (our host) never replied to a single email I sent prior to the booking. Never answered a question. We just received bot messages. 👎👎👎

Ft Collins Nephew's wedding

My wife and I along with our son's and their wives stayed at this lovely property owned by Stacy in Fort Collins for a long weekend (6-9 of us depending on day). Place was very clean and well maintained. Lots of great features. We also had access to a single car garage which helped with storing bikes. We really liked Stacy's clean up process which was straight forward and simple. Many times we feel double charged for having to do extensive clean-up ourselves, and then getting charged an excessive amount for the host's clean up. Stacy was easy and prompt to contact via text, and straight forward. We definitely recommend this property and working with her.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this property for a family wedding. It was perfect. Enough space for everyone to have their own privacy and perfect well-equipped kitchen - so much that we even canceled our dinner reservations took a short trip to the nearby store and made dinner at home. Incredible views from the rooftop deck. Sparkling clean as well and Stacy was very communicative and even helped with last minute changes!

Thanksgiving fun

We had a very relaxing stay in Old Town Swank. Great location, close to everything. The space was perfect for our group of 10 to celebrate Thanksgiving. Everything was perfect but my only recommendations would be to have better sheet pans for cooking, more dish towels and some towel hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise, the place is perfection.

Quadruple Fun

Great house! We had grandparents, adult kids and teenagers. Perfect for the 8 of us. Kitchen equipped with everything and very nice LG appliances. Large garage with a convenient car charger. Loved the rooftop fire pit and hot tub. We would stay there again!!

Home away from home

Fantastic property and host. Could not have been happier with the house, location and amenities. Having stayed at many vrbo’s, this one stands out as the best. Stacey was wonderful from booking to arrival and periodic check ins. Proximity to Old Town and the river cannot be beat. Highly recommend for family trips.
