Villa 202 is a second floor end villa overlooking a beautifully landscaped pool area. This spacious, 2 bedroom, designer-decorated villa has 1350 square feet, plenty of windows that bathe the villa in sunlight, and the privacy of an end unit. In addition to the large deck, the villa also features a screened porch. Adjacent to the villa is a picnic area with a gas grill, and just a few more steps to the pool and hot tub.
There is a king size bed in the master suite. The master bath has a double vanity, oversized shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bathroom also has a double vanity plus a shower/tub.
The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a full size refrigerator with ice maker, full size glass topped oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, place settings for 8, plus a complete set of pots and pans. The dining room table seats 6.
The living area has a love seat, queen size sleeper sofa, and a reading chair. There is a 50" flat screen smart TV in the living area, plus a 40" flat screen in each bedroom.
