Updated and refurnished 1 br/1 ba! Close to all the resort amenities. New sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate guests or children. New fireplace insert for those chilly mountain nights. Wonderful summer getaway to the beautiful Laurel Highlands! Perfect for a couple seeking a weekend getaway or holiday...or a small family looking to get away from the city.

Great stay

Alison was great and even offered ideas for where to have Thanksgiving dinner. Met several residents in the condo complex and everyone was very friendly. Lots to do in the area. We had a fantastic stay!

Cozy space

The stay was nice. Cute spot located near both pools. The bed was very frim and the pull out bed was not great, but what pull out bed really is. There is a bird nest outside which resulted in a large amount of bird droppings, we were not able to relax on the porch due to that. Other than that the stay was great, the home was clean and had many items available for use if needed.

Those birds are so annoying! I knock down the nests and clean up the mess every time I'm there. They just come right back.... I wish you had been able to enjoy the porch! So glad you had an otherwise nice stay!

Very Nice

Attended event at Seven Springs, stayed in this unit as economical alternative to resort lodging or hotels in Somerset. Very pleased. Nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable unit. Cozy and just fine for two people. Priced right. I would stay again. About 20 min drive to the resort.

Perfect!

This rental was exactly as it was listed. Very clean! I always worry when there’s carpet. No matter how much you vacuum/clean it, your feet always get dirty. Well not with this place! I could walk around barefoot and my feet wouldn’t get dirty! Pretty impressive! Also, the owner was very quick with responses to questions I had. And every question I had, was in the notes given I just failed to read the whole thing.

Quiet, cozy retreat

I found the rental to be very comfortable and clean. Although you were on the first floor of a middle unit the design provided much privacy. Off the family room sliders was a nice view of the lake. The view from the sofa was free from viewing other rentals which made the stay very relaxed. The design with the entry and bedrooms in the front with the living space in the back also allowed for a relaxed feel as well. The host provided all necessities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. Just remember if you are planning to watch TV to bring your fire stick or remember your pass codes to access your favorite networks since there is no local cable. With the proximity to so many activities you might not even have time to turn the TV on. Instead of watching TV you may prefer to make a fire, the host had the firewood and starters available as well. She provided many interesting and local books that allows you to just sit by the fire, enjoy the privacy and read one of theses many books.

The coziest getaway

Amazing!! We traveled all the way from central Texas and arrived in the most greenest scenery! The drive to the home was beautiful. Once we got settled in it automatically felt like we were at home. Nice and cozy. I’m so glad we chose to stay here instead of cramped hotel room! The only negative thing I must say is the coldness of Pennsylvania lol coming from Texas we were not prepared, however that’s what the throw blankets in the living room provided are for :)

Wonderful Place to stay

My husband and I were very satisfied with staying at this townhouse. We had a wonderful time, and everything was so clean, neat, and they offer everything I could of asked for to stay at there townhouse. I couldn"t of asked for more. I loved the cookbooks you had in the bedroom about Fallingwaters, and the area. Thank you! We will definitely come back!!:)

We very much enjoyed staying here! It was the perfect little get away. The owner had several little touches that made our stay extra nice. The community pool was just a short distance away and was very nice also. I would stay again!

Property nice and well equipped in my opinion. Was just using the condo for sleep and eating; minimal interaction with neighbors, but there were some 'year rounders' about as I saw it. Nothing too vexing.

We loved it! We went fishing in the pond. My mom used a w/c and there was a sidewalk the whole way around the pond. Never got the chance to ho swimming but next time for sure. Will be staying again! 😀

Gem of Hidden Valley!

The best rental property where we’ve ever stayed! The perfect quiet and cozy location. Everything was incredibly clean and so many great amenities we felt like we were at home! Cute lake and walking paths. We can’t wait to return in the future! Thank you!

Cozy Getaway

The property is clean and well maintained. Great location for pickle ball, golf, and hiking. We also visited Frank LLoyd Wright's Polymath Park and Ohiopyle which were in easy traveling distance. Bedroom quarters are pretty tight,so I wouldn't recommend for large people, but overall the condo was very comfortable.

Great condo

Alison (owner) was incredible with communication. Very clean and pleasant condo. Perfect for my short weekend racing at Laurel Highlands. Would be great for ski season!!
