This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa in the prime location of South Forest Beach is new to the rental market. It has been very well taken care of with your enjoyment and comfort in mind and there's even a bonus powder room on the main level. Gather everyone around the table and plan your island adventures. You are just steps to the beach, and a short walk to the amenities of Coligny Plaza, restaurants, shops, and Celebration Park. Strolling the lush grounds, biking or walking the many top-rated trails, splashing in the pool (pool is only heated if the outdoor temperatures are over 55 degrees)...there's a lot to do here, so plan an extended stay.
The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks for the beach or entire meals to enjoy in the dining area or on the patio. The patio also has a gas grill, so bring out the steaks, ribs and seafood! A spacious living area with views of the courtyard is great for movie or game nights, or just lounging around and relaxing. The bedrooms on the second floor are outfitted for your comfort. But, before you turn in for the night, be sure to meander to the beach for an evening of stargazing.
