Perfectly located on exciting Cocoa Beach (Diplomat Condominium - second floor, unfortunately no elevator.) with superior views of Space Launch site at Space Coast. The private beach is gated and secured and you will find all you need for beach and water comfort and play in the condo with Beach chairs, Beach towels, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards. Tennis courts and shuffle board will add to your fun as well as great restaurants just a stones-throw away. Publix is right across the street.

Fantastic Family Vacation

The location of the property was very easy to find, quiet, great view, plenty of space on the beach. The place is located very closely to stores and restaurants. The condo had been recently updated and was very nice and spacious for a family of 4. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay and our week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Inside was beautiful & the location is perfect! Right on the beach! All of the extra amenities they include were so nice!! The group of condos isn't the prettiest on the outside & doesnt seem very well kept up, but when inside & on the beach it didn't matter! We would stay here again!!

Incredible ocean view

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay and loved waking up to the amazing sunrises from the spacious balcony. The unit is nicely updated and well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay, as well as for the beach. Check in and out was super easy and communication was excellent. We would definitely come back when visiting Cocoa Beach in the future.

Excellent Unit

Stayed for a week over Christmas. Unit looks recently remodeled. Unit is central in Cocoa Beach and walkable to several restaurants and a grocery store. If we return to this area we would definitely consider staying there. Hosts were very helpful.

Beautiful condo. Plenty of beach things in the closet, even a surf board! Beach was private access and not busy. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Would 100% recommend this stay.

Best place on the beach

We loved our visit. Jen and Julie were so kind and helpful. The condo is perfect. We spent hours at the beach and hours on the balcony watching the water. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making it a wonderful week!

Spring Break Trip

The Inside of Property is excellent. The views from a full balcony are breath taking. You can sit on own balcony and watch the sunrise. The condo has ample space for a family of 4. The washer/ drier combo was added bonus.The bed itself little uncomfortable and small, use to a king.The outside of buildings a bit dated but, does not take away from condo or the very small say access to a calm beach access area..

Great beach. Good condo

Condo was as described and shown in pictures. Loved hearing the waves on the balcony. Kitchen was nicely stocked and bathrooms had plenty of towels. I hate when hotels only give 4 towels for 4 people. I use 2 myself. AC not the greatest but sufficient.

Chill and Clean Accommodations

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is ocean front and nice to be on the second floor for the view. The condo was clean and well decorated. Plenty of beach towels were provided, along with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. We flew to FL and didn’t pack “beach” stuff and felt we had plenty to enjoy the beach. Beds/ pillows were comfortable. The pool was really nice and clean, but a little walk from the unit itself. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place for a family with children. Our kids (7/10 years) loved it.

Beachfront

This condo is perfectly located. Huge balcony overlooking the ocean. Very clean and spacious. Beds were comfy.Nicely stocked with beach toys (boogie board, surfboard, chairs, umbrella and more). Also, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals when we didn't feel like going out. Conveniently located in-between the pier and downtown.The check in was super easy. The outside of the property is a little run down but when you are in the condo you would never know. It's on the second floor with no elevator so if stairs are a problem keep this in mind. We would definitely go back.

Best. Vacation. Ever.

Missing our time a little extra this week. We were so impressed with our stay at the beginning of June. Super clean, updated unit with an incredible view of the ocean. We literally felt at home immediately on the first day. And we adored the secured beach access, beach toys/chairs, cooler. All the little details at this property just added up so that our family could just pivot to our next plan (which was mostly spending time at the beach). Great location is close to all the restaurants, groceries, space coast attractions. Our family has talked about our stay every day since returning home and we certainly plan on returning! Thank you so much!

Perfection!

This condo is amazing. It's hard to find a place for 2 with a great view at a reasonable price...until we found this one! Couldn't be any closer to the water! Pictures reflect the interior accurately, more than what was needed is provided (fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, chairs, accessories, plenty of paper products, body wash, etc.) Bed was comfortable, blackout curtains appreciated, binoculars were a nice surprise as you can see any rocket launches right from the spacious balcony. Hosts were quick to respond and easy to communicate with throughout. We had zero complaints or problems during our week long stay. If you're looking for a well kept 2 bedroom on the beach close enough, but not too close, to all the hectic tourist spots, THIS is the place!

Perfection in Cocoa Beach

My husband grew up in Cocoa Beach, with the passing of time his childhood home was sold and we were looking for a vacation spot to visit Cocoa Beach. I can not recommend this condo any higher, the location is perfect and the balcony which is Ocean front is the cherry on top with plenty of room on it to be enjoyed by the family. Sunrises you are in no need to leave the Condo and are in for a treat. The unit is well set up for all your needs as a family with very comfortable beds and furniture. The decor is perfect and sets the beach spirit. The Condo is centrally located within Cocoa Beach, with Publix right across the street for all your needs. In addition the beach has a key entry which keeps your spot on the beach less crowded then other locations, which on crowded days is a big plus. I have spent over 20 years coming to Cocoa Beach and I can say you can not go wrong if you choose to rent this home. Thank you for hosting us, we loved every minute of it.
