Only a couple of miles from downtown, five miles to the turnoff to Snowbowl, and blocks away from the amazing Urban Trail! Certainly a flash-back of Flagstaff’s history surrounding the entire location! The home has been completely remodeled with all the comfy amenities to help your stay feel like your right at home! This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home accommodates up to 6 guests.

Beautiful home, perfect location

Really couldn't ask for more. A stunningly renovated home in an established neighborhood, with all the bonuses you could need (tv, games, snow plow services). Minutes from both downtown Flag and Snow Bowl, our family had a wonderful winter getaway and we are looking forward to returning in the summer!

This place was so perfect for my family during Christmas week! The entire home was so clean and welcoming. You can really tell the care and effort the host puts into making your stay the best possible. We loved our time here!

Summer get away

Nice clean house and yard in a great location. One block from the futs (flagstaff urban trail system ) with easy access to town center, parks and mountain hiking. The property was a great home away from home for summer getaway.

Beautiful Christmas Stay!

We rented this property as it was a 10 min walk from my son’s house. Our grown children joined us for a fun Christmas get together. As we live in California it was going to be tricky to celebrate with them. Imagine our delight to find a Christmas tree and the house decorated for the season! The house was perfect for us-4 adults stayed and there were 6 total celebrating Christmas. The large island was perfect for serving meals and setting out snacks and the table seated us all comfortably for meals and games. We worked a puzzle together that was left by owner and had a marvelous time! Since it was for time spent with family we didn’t venture beyond the house except to meet a photographer for family photos. Tip: have groceries delivered from Safeway! You can have them set up to deliver in your arrival day. Thanks for the perfect stay!

The place was clean with all amenities. Our disappointment was that it could not accommodate a wheelchair adult. The bathrooms were awfully small. The living room tv did not work but was resolved a day later. The dishwasher did not work and the house plumber (Angel) confirmed. So we washed all dishes by hand. A chore when on vacation. Casandra was very nice responding to our issues and gave us a day credit Thank you casandra. I would not advertise this as wheelchair accessible. Otherwise a good place in good location.

LOVELY STAY!

We had an amazing stay at the Charming Modern Farmhouse!! The location is amazing and it has ALL of the amenities you would ever need and more. Walking distance to a local pizza restaurant and delicious coffee shop was a definite PLUS. We had a few things come up during our stay and the property manager responded right away - so very appreciated!

Great Place if you don't need WiFi or Cell Service

The home itself was nicely appointed and located conveniently to a number of activities. The week we stayed had a mix of snow and rain, which we expected, but the home's heating system was not the best. The fireplace in the front kept the common areas warm, but the bedrooms and bathrooms were always cold. The process of booking and check in was smooth and efficient. The Pros: Nice kitchen Comfortable for 4 adults and 2 small children Well stocked for place settings and glassware Nice back yard Pet Friendly Nice neighborhood and location Comfortable beds The cons: WiFi, while in the home, was slower than dial up service rendering it completely useless Cell Service - see above - not even wifi calling worked If you like to cook, and are driving to this location, recommend bringing a solid dutch oven and a skillet that goes from stove top to oven - the supplied cookware is lightweight and not good at distributing heat Bring your own toilet paper....the home supplies single ply that falls apart We asked for some extra paper towels and napkins and were told that we had to get our own....not unexpected, but disappointing given that we also had no wifi or cell service. A customer service fail in our minds. Garage is a mud room only, no car parking. If you want to unplug in a comfortable home in Flagstaff, this is a great place. If you may need to catch up on some work, or make any calls, I'd recommend a location on the other side of Flag where service is more reliable.

Very Clean, Well Stocked, Comfy Beds/Linens

Thank you for allowing us to stay- and the pups to join! Your home is clean, tidy, and relaxing! The yard photos were a bit deceptive- from the camera angle- also the garage. Garage is mud room only- no room for cars. Yard was much smaller than expected- but still worked for the dog and a nice table to eat at- love the details of the twinkle lights on the small tree outside, the candles to burn, the bags game, hammock, available laundry detergent, kitchen wrap/storage bags, condiments in the fridge, coffee, and the welcome wine, popcorn, and chocolates etc.- they don't go unnoticed! Fireplace was not working- we needed to buy and replace the batteries, there are no coffee filters for the large coffee pot, and my dad had to find out how to turn on the Christmas lights on the tree and fix some of the strands :)- but it kept him busy and happy. Neighbor hood is so so, and some busy traffic- but wouldn't stop us from staying again!!

Family trip to Flagstaff

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We had a great stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and has comfortable areas for hanging out. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space with the fire pit. The home has access to the trail system, and the location allows for quick trips to the downtown area. The house was spotless and the management team was very friendly and easy to reach for any questions!

Well Equipped Rental

One the best equipped vacation rentals we have ever rented. Comfortable beds and bedding, stocked gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and grill, etc. Good space for 4-6 adults. They thought of everything, including holiday decorations for Thanksgiving. Recommended in The Flagstaff area: Grand Canyon, Fay Canyon (Sedona), Dark Sky Brewing and Pizzicletta, Lotus Lounge and Toasted Owl.

A Great Choice in Flagstaff

What a great house! Recently remodeled, clean, well-equipped (sharp knives in the kitchen!!). Quiet neighborhood, 100 yards from the bike trail and easy access to everything in town. Pizza place and coffee shop are a 3 minute walk. Can’t say enough good things!

Amazing rental home!

If I could give this home 6 stars I would. The house is beautifully remodeled and fully stocked with anything you would need during your stay. Everything was super clean and beds were all very comfortable. Felt like we were staying in our own home! And our dog loved the backyard. Couldn’t recommend staying here more. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay!
