A spacious farmhouse overlooking an Amish community in the Mohican Valley with expansive porches, fully equipped modern kitchen, large living room, laundry room, main floor bath and bedrooms, fire pit, internet, plenty of privacy, peace and quiet. Enjoy hiking, canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking, skiing, golfing, shopping and dining all conveniently located.
Scenic Ridge is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. Special attention is given to disinfecting frequently touched areas such as door handles, light switches, countertops, faucets, sinks, and toilets. Scenic Ridge Guest House has a no pet policy in an effort to provide a hypoallergenic environment.

Great property for a family get-away! Beautiful home, lots of extras - firepit, games, gathering areas. While in the area, we went horseback riding , hiking, swimming and paddleboarding on Pleasant Hill lake, and canoeing and kayaking on the river. Would definitely stay again!

Scenic Ridge Guest House is always a place to sit back and enjoy the serenity and beauty of the surrounding hills. The house is clean and fully stocked. If you need to watch TV or sit on the internet/wifi all weekend, this is not the place for you. However, if you enjoy old fashioned conversation, reading, walking or just watching the surrounding farm animals it's a real gem.

The property is beautiful. It is equipped with everything you could need or want. Our annual kayak trip group said this was the best one yet! You need to hit Forbes Farmstead if you’re in the area. I had so much fun shopping the local treats. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We are a group who have been friends for 50 years. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The open kitchen and dining room allows people who are making meals or cleaning up to still be involved with the other guests. The wrap around porch is great for viewing the sunset over the valley. The host was quick to respond to our questions.

Camp Grandma

This house is perfect for a family gathering! Plenty of room for everyone. The basement is amazing for teens to hang out, the yard is big for corn hole games, and the garage area with extra refrigerator is a game changer. The property is beautiful and can’t be beat for a family gathering. Everything from coffee on the porch to family card games around the big table is just perfect!

Fantastic place!

We had an excellent weekend on the property. Joann was more than accommodating and made us feel right at home. The porch views are amazing and plenty of space for the kids to run and explore! Would definitely stay again- such a nice getaway.

Stunning property and home. Clean, remote, spacious, large, etc. Beautiful! The kitchen is great for cooking and there are so many porches/spaces to chill out.

Complete family house

Church Ladies Retreat

Amazing Property

This home provided an amazing weekend with family. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The multiple bedrooms provided plenty of comfortable sleeping. The use of the garage to enjoy some cornhole and grilling area were a bonus. Thank you for the welcome basket and supplies throughout the house.
