43 Off Shore is a newly updated and refurnished home as of January 2021 with additional updates in 2024 and 2025 that will not disappoint! This five bedroom, four and half bathroom retreat is located in the prestigious gated community of the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort property and can sleep and accommodate up to 16 guests. It is just a 4 minute bike ride or short 15 minute walk to the beach! Through the convenience of the complementary Dunes Buggy transportation seasonally, you are a few minutes to the beach, three golf courses, restaurants, shops, tennis or pickleball courts within Palmetto Dunes as well as all Shelter Cove properties! The stunning private pool deck is your perfect sanctuary with a large pool, hot tub (with FREE spa heat), loungers and Polywood furniture, table for dining, new propnae gas grill and private dock on a freshwater lake for fishing or catching views of beautiful wildlife!

1st Floor: As you step into this luxurious home after a contact-free check-in, you will be blown away by beautiful vaulted ceilings, new flooring throughout the entire home, beachy furnishings, décor, shiplap walls, and a sense of full relaxation. Just off the entryway two steps down is a family room with a Roku TV, comfortable seating, and custom built-in cabinets full of books and games for all ages! Also off the entry is a den with a sleeper sofa, Roku TV, and desk for those working remotely. The dining room can comfortably sit eight at the table and three at the elevated pub-style table against the wall. There is also seating at the peninsula in the kitchen and a table directly outside of the dining room on the pool deck for an al fresco experience! The beautiful kitchen has all the features you could want - a large refrigerator, double oven, stainless steel appliances, cooktop stove, and numerous small appliances if you choose to do some in-home cooking. The sitting room just off the kitchen is encased in windows for a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or cocktail as you take in the views. There is a powder room and laundry room on the first floor. The first-floor master suite has direct access to the pool deck. There is a king bed, sitting area, Roku TV, walk-in closet, and en suite master bath with a large walk-in shower.

2nd Floor: There are four bedrooms upstairs. The first has a king bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, Roku TV, and views of the moss-covered trees in the front yard. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a Roku TV. The third has a bunk bed that is comprised of a twin over a double bed with a pull-out trundle, en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo, Roku TV and the perfect view of the pool, hot tub and lake. Bedroom four has two double beds, an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, a Roku TV, and a view of the lake.
