Our 3 story condo has unique decor that is sure to put your trip into relax mode from the moment you walk in! We boast two master bedrooms with attached baths, balconies on the top 2 floors, and a bonus multipurpose room on the first floor! Private gated beach access, complex docks that you can fish from, & being in the heart of everything are just a few reasons to enjoy "Knot Working"!
Our 3-story town home style condo, located on the notorious Holiday Isle in central Destin, boasts a cozy & well decorated place that will make you feel like "Knot Working!" We're happy to accommodate up to six guests at our home, with plenty of extra space to enjoy.

As you enter our complex you'll pull directly up to the front building, where your parking spot is directly in front of the condo-sure beats those high rise places that you have to trek a mile to get from your car to putting your feet up! We offer convenient keyless entry for all of our guests, so both arrival & the duration of your stay involves effortless entry.
The fun at "Knot Working" begins on the first floor garage area. Here we boast a grill that can be pulled outside for guest use, a small table and stools, all in a separately air conditioned space. Guests can find our full sized washer and dryer in this space as well. There is a bonus room on this level, with a couch, Roku Enabled TV with YouTube TV included, and a queen sized bed-all private from the garage area!
Up the first staircase, enjoy our fun nautical themed stairways with rope handrails, leading up to the dining area with seating for four at the table.
Our kitchen is directly off the dining area, with an open concept feel. The mural on the kitchen wall is stunning and takes you into full "vacay mode" right away! We offer all major appliances (Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave) as well as dishes, cookware, cutlery, bakeware, pots & pans, blender, toaster, waffle maker, standard drip & Keurig coffee maker, and more!
The living room is open to the dining area, with a cozy plush sectional, and a few chairs to accommodate everyone! During your stay, be sure to leave a kind note in the guestbook, or mark your "home" on our visitors corkboard map! We have a large flat screen Roku enabled SmartTv with provided YouTube TV. Our fun pops of color & eclectic beach decor, paired with the natural light from the balcony on this floor leaves an unmatched level of vacation mode for our guests. For added convenience, there is a half bathroom located on this floor as well.
Up to the third floor, guests will find both bedrooms. No need to worry about being the first to pick your room, as we boast both bedrooms having their own private bath! To the right is the king bedroom, complete with a Roku Enabled SmartTv, with provided YouTube TV, and closet space for storing your luggage & a bonus vanity for getting ready at. The bathroom offers a shower & tub combo, toilet, and vanity.
To the left, the bedroom offers a Queen sized bed & Roku enabled SmartTv with provided YouTube TV. The second balcony is private to this room & has the best view, being on the third floor! Guests during our summer months can enjoy a great view of the weekly Thursday night fireworks on coming from Harborwalk village. The en-suite bathroom is fun & fresh with a furniture style vanity, toilet, and large walk in shower with glass door entry.
Guests can enjoy access to our docks out back for fishing, pickup from the water taxi (many various boats run depending on the season, or just taking in the view! We regretfully do not offer boat slips for guest use, but recommend local marinas for your watercraft needs!
Beach access is a short walk away, about 10 homes from your place. It is a gated area, exclusive to guests staying only on Holiday Isle and a keycard is provided for use during your stay. We do provide beach towels for our guests to use at the beach, unfortunately no other beach items are guaranteed.
For our little travelers we provide a pack & play, high chair, baby gates for the stairs, and plastic silverware/dishes. These items are always at the condo, so no need to request them for your stay.
A few important items to keep in mind:
-You will have access to the entire three floors of this spacious condo. There are steps to access each floor, with no elevator in any area. This is not a good fit for those with mobility issues.
-Although we have a beautiful dock off the back of the building, we are NOT permitted to rent our boat slip to guests. Guests can enjoy being picked up by the water taxi, or fishing off the back dock if desired! Our HOA restricts the use of the boat slip to owners only. We can NOT accommodate watercraft or trailer parking of any kind, at any time. No RVs or Box trucks are permitted. Guests in violation of this will be towed at guest expense.
-The exclusive gated beach access is only ten homes away, a short walk through the neighborhood! You're provided with a keycard for your stay.
-All linens are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the unit if needed for longer trips. We supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher/dish soap, and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.
-The parking is very limited here. We have a designated space, but its a very tight fit for larger vehicles. There are visitor spots located in the complex lot, as well as public parking directly across the street from the complex for any additional or larger vehicles. We cannot permit parking in front of the units at any time. We do NOT offer boat/trailer/watercraft parking or docking at any time as it is not permitted by our HOA.
-Unfortunately, we are not pet friendly at this location due to HOA restrictions.
-We do NOT host student groups (ages 25 and under) at this condo, as not only does the HOA not allow it, but shared walls just don't make it a good fit for that group dynamic.
We are LOCAL & always available to take phone calls with any and all questions or concerns (other than the middle of the night, when we are all asleep, unless it's an emergency!) Please do NOT send a text at any time! We happily respond to all messages directly through your booking platform app. If you’re placing a phone call, please know the location you’re staying, and the logistics of your trip so we can easily access it and provide efficient service to you!
We are located on the exclusive HOLIDAY ISLE in a family oriented/owner occupied 16 unit complex. You're minutes away from everything "DESTIN", steps to the private gated beach, and a water taxi ride away from restaurants, shopping, and nightlife!
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations will have a credit card processing fee withheld from the refunded amount. This amount will vary
based on the total of your reservation total. This is agreed to when booking our property, and is non-negotiable.
We are located in Central Standard Time, with Check-In at 4pm and Checkout at 10am. We do not allow early check in or late check out without adequate notice to prepare (and these options are not always available due to other reservations or scheduled maintenance). Luggage dropoff is not available at any time.
-You will receive your check in info once the property is ready for your arrival, please do not arrive early without prior notice/approval.
-Parking is only available for 1 vehicle in the numbered spot. Any additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking across the street from the complex, no exceptions. Watercraft, trailers, box trucks, RVs, and campers are not permitted to be parked in our complex at any time.
-Strict noise ordinance is 10pm, as this is a residential area. House parties, excess noise, or disturbances to neighbors permitted at any time.
-We do NOT host student groups/guests under age 25 at any time and if booked without prior knowledge of your group being under 25 years of age you forfeit your payment & full security deposit, and should expect a cancellation of your stay.
-Checkout is 10am, anything after 10am is an additional day and cleaning charge. If cleaners are not allowed access to home due to late check-out or additional cleaning is needed due to late check-out, charges apply as needed.
-No illegal activity permitted & no smoking indoors or on balconies at any time.
-ON CHECKOUT DAY: Beach keycard must be left on the counter at departure. A $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged keycard.
-Additional cleaning fee may occur if excess trash, dishes, or debris is found in home at checkout. Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind will be charged the cost of replacement items ruined, plus cleanup fee.
-Any and all issues must be disclosed during stay prior to checkout, or you are held liable for any damages. Property manager must be notified and given ability to resolve any and all issues during stay, or guests accept responsibility of not disclosing in a timely manner. We do not issue refunds for lack of amenities (tv, internet, a/c, etc) as these types of outages are beyond our control but we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
