This is a beautiful three story log cabin with an amazing view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We can accommodate 10 guests in three bedrooms And a loft and 3 1/2 bathrooms. There’s a fireplace in the living room and a fire pit outside overlooking the mountains. We are 25 minutes west of Asheville. we are also close to white water rafting , zip lining,tubing,downhill skiing and many very good restaurants.Wheels through time motorcycle museum is only a few minutes away and many antique stores.

Other things to note
Rentals will be to adults and guests ! No teen rentals and No parties!!

Mountain Views and Fun

The home was very spacious and grand on the inside. The location was close to the ski resort and Waynesville. The kitchen was well equipment and large which allowed preparation of large meals and congregating around during meal preparations. The host was very responsive and gave clear communication on check in/out and offered information on the local entertainment and restaurants.

2nd stay, great as the 1st

If you're looking for a beautiful cabin high in the mountains with stunning views, this is your cabin! The property owner is fantastic, responding quickly with any question you have. The kitchen is very well equipped with high end appliances. The fireplace is wonderful and you are provided with all the firewood. The location makes it convenient to travel to Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Blue Ridge Parkway and the Biltmore estate. This was our second stay and we will be booking again in 2025.

Perfect Family Getaway! Highly Recommend!

It's true! The views were amazing! Communication with the owners was great! They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The cabin was spacious and clean, plenty of room for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). We thoroughly enjoyed the property; it was very peaceful! Not far from downtown Waynesville and Maggie Valley. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely book here again!

This is the one!

Wow. Where do I start? My family of six wanted to get away for a week over Thanksgiving and this was the PERFECT place for what we needed! The layout was perfect with the bunk bedroom on the main floor (queen on the bottom and twin above), the master (king) and a queen bed in the loft. Downstairs there was a bar with another living room and table – great for puzzles. There was another bedroom (queen) and a bathroom downstairs. The living room, dining room and kitchen were all open concept.   The real wood fireplace was such a core memory for my kids! And as amazing as the house was, the view was what really took my breath away. Every time I looked out of the window I was in awe. It was beyond beautiful!! It was so peaceful.  The cabin was fully stocked with everything you would need. Towels, linens, kitchen utensils and tools. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal without a hiccup in the kitchen! It was really convenient to everything. Cold Mountain Toffee is at the bottom of the mountain and it was amazing! I didn’t even know I loved toffee! Now I’m ordering it to be shipped.    The cabin was maybe 20 minutes from Waynesville but half of that was to get to the bottom of the mountain. It may seem a little steep going up and down, but you get used to it fast. My van did just fine with it. The owner was so kind during any correspondence we had. This place is precious. My favorite of all cabins we’ve rented. It’s seriously perfect.

Wonderful vacation

This home was just perfect. The listing was accurate, in fact the home was even better. It was well equipped, with plenty of linens, towels plus the kitchen had all the things you need. We enjoyed the beautiful wood burning fireplace and the host provided plenty of firewood. The host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure there wasn't anything we needed. The location allowed us to easily get to the local attractions, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Ashville and the Biltmore Estate. The neighborhood was quiet with nearby homes obscured by the thick forest. We will definitely book this home again!

Beautiful Views & Home

The drive-up isn't as bad as some had said at least for us. Go slow and pay attention and you'll be fine! The views were great and the home was perfect. We loved making meals together in the kitchen and playing board games at the dining room table. The house is conveniently located near Maggie Valley, Waynesville, and Lake Junaluska all of which we visited and greatly enjoyed. It’s also close to Ingles, which has a super easy system for becoming a member which helps you save on groceries and gas! Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back.

Cabin Retreat

This cabin was a wonderful place to stay. It was very well equipped for a stay anytime of year. We visited in the summer and the views were great! Woodsy, wonderful birds and wildlife, too! The owner was easy to work with, quick to respond and very helpful. You can't go wrong with a stay here!

Gorgeous cabin

We did a last minute trip up to the Maggie Valley for skiing. This cabin is immaculately clean, great amenities, great value, and the view is unbelievable! We really enjoyed our time and hope to be back.

This house was amazing! House was very clean on arrival, Mr. Karl was a pleasure to work with, and very accommodating! Property is located in a very nice location, and is close to everything! House has everything that you could want in a mountain getaway! This has been the nicest VRBO property that we’ve stayed at, and hope to stay here again when visiting the mountains!!!

Great place, great location

The pictures don't really capture it. Great location close to everything and still has a view. Cabin is well appointed, furniture and appliances are all high quality. Owners are very responsive.

Clean mountain hideaway

Tucked way up the mountain, this super clean and well appointed cabin is a great place to enjoy exploring East to Asheville and West to Cherokee. Remote, yet less than 10 mins to Starbucks and nice grocery.

AMAZING cabin, thoughtful host

This place is such a gem! The cabin is gorgeous - great use of space with plenty of room for 2 families to spread out. Beautiful view, great location, helpful neighbors...the list goes on. The host was very accommodating and has thought of everything. We'll definitely be back!

This cabin is perfect

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing and the cabin couldn’t have been any better. This host has everything you can think of stocked for use to make a worry free get away. The location can’t be beat, close to restaurants, breweries, skiing and downtown. The mountain road to the cabin is paved, which was comforting to us as flat Florida drivers. Stop scrolling and book this cabin, it’s perfect.

the cabin was fully equipped, in a great location, and very well maintained.

Waynesville Cabin

This home was beautiful along with a great view! We had everything we needed there, it was very clean and great communication with the owner! It was like a home away from home. Be sure to use the Convenience Center in Waynesville for trash as we couldn't find the trash drop off on Jonathan Creek Rd.

Lovely Home

Lovely home. Plenty of space for large family groups with 3 floors to spread out. Well equipped kitchen for what we needed. Great location convenient to both Maggie Valley and Waynesville. Owner is very responsive and helpful with instructions for trash, etc. We had a wonderful stay.

Mountain top retreat

We stayed in this lovely cabin for 2 weeks and loved waking up every morning drinking our coffee and watching the clouds lift to display a breathtaking view of the mountains. The cabin was beautifully decorated, clean, and well equipped to cook, relax, and enjoy a fire in the fire pit. Downtown Waynesville has plenty of quaint shops and restaurants to “shop local”. Hosts gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities, were readily available and addressed the few issues we had quickly.
