The space
Faced with the current World and National situation at Belmalí Guest House & Spa we want to let our guests know what the preventive measures are in our facilities.
For us it is your health, integrity and safety is of utmost importance, so we are following all the recommendations and protocols of the authorities, strictly carrying out all sanitary measures with the highest standards of cleaning and sanitization so that your stay is safe and calm.
* All the personnel that collaborate with us are informed and trained on the prevention and hygiene measures that must be followed in accordance with health and safety protocols.
Constant sanitation in all facilities according to the protocol sent by the Secretary of Health and the WHO.
* We provide antibacterial gel for all our collaborators and clients.
* To guarantee the cleanliness of public areas and rooms we use surgical grade sanitizing / disinfecting product: SWIPOL based on fourth generation Ammonium quaternary, endorsed by the EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency) Reg. No.1839-86 EFF- 08611, endorsed by SAGARP

Instructions for your arrival
The entrance, check in, is from 3:00 p.m. (3:00 in the afternoon)
Please ring the doorbell of the house and we will meet you.
Go to the reception and present your official identification as well as those of your group. A photo of them will be taken for archiving.
Please complete the entry form and sign it. It is mandatory to sign it.
Immediately we will give you a password so you can enter and exit from that moment. You will no longer have to ring the bell and you will use your access code to open the door. Write down your password.
If you require parking and there is one available, request a remote control to open the garage indicated. If parking is not available, you can leave your vehicle on the street. Please make sure that you do not park in front of our garages or in front of the neighbors' garages.
Next, we will give you a tour and an explanation of the house and each of its areas.
Any questions, ask them at the moment or call us at any of the phones listed in your Welcome Manual, please feel free to do so, we are here to serve you at any time of the day or night.
On the property in a separate area and without disturbing the guests, lives an employee of our confidence who will be ready day and night for what is offered regarding the maintenance of the house and rooms. For any emergency please contact him by phone.
It is a pleasure to serve you and we wish to welcome you warmly. As part of our hospitality and appreciation for your preference, we leave you some courtesies in the food area as well as in the suites; fruit, some cookies, chocolates, snacks and juice. You will find purified and cold water in the kitchen and bedrooms. Both in the kitchen and in the rooms there will be a coffee maker, coffee, sugar, tea, etc. In the kitchen you will find basics such as cooking oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and some spices.
Of course, you have at your disposal tableware and a very complete kitchen set, as well as electronics that we put at your disposal.
Each suite has a small safe for you to store your values.
Ask at reception for the password that corresponds to you. Please write down your password since we do not have keys to open the safes.
