Newly Redone and furnished 2/2 condo that is walking distance to the beach

Hi Thanks for the nice review. I understand and apologize that the short term renters That were there for a few days had a lot of kids running around making noise. I’ve never had that issue in 5 years. As you know I try to keep my place in perfect condition as if I’m living there. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Thx Marty

Wayne, I apologize that the cleaners forgot to come back to finish the extra laundry, however the beds were all made and the towels were all placed as should be for your use nicely.Most of the blinds are all new or recently replaced. I will reinspect all of the drawers and cabinets for cleanliness, as they usually are and we do leave some items in those for use from new guests. Both showers were also recently redone, so I will check the one to reduce pressure if needed. I will also have the cleaning crew check for marks on the walls, as I personally go in the unit monthly if not after each guest to inspect and make sure everything is clean. I will make sure the pull out couch gets a new mattress as it hardly ever gets used. I'm glad it was clean and you enjoyed the location and layout as most all of my guests have. If you would have reached out, I would have handled anything you needed immedaitely. Thanks for leaving the place like new. Marty

"The Point" of Emerald Isle (our section of the beach) is well-known and loved by locals for it's unique depth and dunes - we're sorry that your husband wasn't able to enjoy it more frequently! We have an amazing (and large) cleaning team that tackles all 6,000 sqft. and 12 beds in between every rental, our apologies regarding the details it sounds like they may have missed this time around. We have recently been made aware of the bugs you mentioned. Fortunately they are only in the 2nd floor kitchen you mentioned when food is left out or in the open trash can for too long. We understand this can be unsettling and our exterminator assures us this will been resolved, and they will be on site on a regular basis as contracted. Hi, Thanks for your kind review. I'm not sure what was up with the bedroom light as it seems to work now. If called about any issues at anytime, I try to respond immediately.
