Good house, bad owners!
Though the location was a long walk from the city center, it was a nice house, well cleaned and confortable - The owners had strange rules, which we always respected. They used to clean our rooms every day, touching and changing place to our stuff, but we never complained. last day they asked us to leave the apartment half an hour before the agreed time (10 a.m.) and we assented,(we were a group of 8 girls) asking in return to leave our cars in their parking place for the day. The morning of departure the mother of the owner got into the apartment at 9.30 a.m., while we were going out and were washing the breakfast stuff in the sink, screaming as hell in Croatian. The young wife of the owner looked embarrassed and told us that we could not leave our cars in the parking, because the family coming after us had 4 cars (????). Unfortunately one of us my friends spoke a little of Croatian and understood what the old woman said in Croatian: she was angry because we were still in the house and told the young woman to tell us a lie about the cars in revenge! We never received a treatment like this in any other vacation!
