With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We felt safe and had a good nights rest. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was equipped with everything we would have needed. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Thank.you.

A nice place to stay

I was pleased with my stay because my number one priority is allergies. Our room was clean - no rugs and no animals made for an enjoyable stay and I was allergy free. I would stay there again.

Great mini vacation

Staff was great. Room was clean. Coffee, paper towels and dish soap were provided. Complimentary buffet breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Not that great of a room

This room had ceiling pieces that were peeling, a broken refrigerator handle (very dangerous!) as I ran into it a couple times! It was super sharp pieces sticking out. The room itself felt very muggy like there was lots of moisture almost like the air was not circulating well. And one of the beds was hard. The room was clean and nice other than that. Will make sure to check reviews before staying here again.

Restful

Great View, Front desk staff extremely nice, Room was clean and the free breakfast was nice. Wish it had a chair to relax in while watching tv at night. The one in the picture was not there.

Not quite up to my standards

The property was partially renovated but the maintenance was lacking. The bathrooms were a little rough around the edges with old dirty moulding, rusted fixtures etc. The room smelled of smoke. The location was excellent however and our room faced the beach with a beautiful view.

Cleanliness

There was mold in my room. They removed the curtains, lamp shades, chair and ottoman because there was mold on them. I took pictures because I was shock because the amount of mold and the smell of the room. The cleaning crew also used bleach to remove mold by the doors and walls. I was never given new curtains or chairs for the rest of my stay. The first day there the pool had vomit which I notify the front desk but it was never cleaned. During my time there it rained a lot which resulted in sewer water getting in the pool and coach roaches. The pool was never shocked and they allowed people to get in the pool even though this was a health risk after pool was contaminated with sewer water. The color of the water and debris in the water. It did not get clean until a day later. I went on a vacation but never got in the pool because the cleanliness of the pool.

Great view, needs some improvements.

Love the view and quick access to the beach. However, the room itself could use some upgrades. Black mold on the lampshades and curtains as well as the chair. Kitchenette cabinets worn heavily. If you’re not concerned with the room and rather just looking for a good beach view with beach access, you’ve found the right spot.

I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend and return in the future.

I loved the convenience of the location. Along with parking and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and sanitized and masked were required.
