With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

CLEANLINESS, HUMIDITY

I was a little disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. While the location was convenient, several major issues made the experience uncomfortable. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The floors felt sticky, there was visible dust on furniture, and the bathroom didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. It just didn’t feel fresh or well-maintained. Even worse was the humidity in the room. Although the room was air conditioned, there was constant condensation on the ceiling, which not only looked bad but also made the air feel heavy and damp. It was uncomfortable to sleep in and raised concerns about mold. On top of that, the sliding door to the balcony was broken and extremely difficult to open or close. It seemed like it hadn’t been properly maintained for some time. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless these maintenance and cleanliness issues are addressed. It has potential, but right now it’s falling short.

Vacasa Resort Experience

Vacasa was lovely! The room was clean and the view amazing! They have two pools and two Jacuzzis. I truly enjoyed the Jacuzzi! The hotel itself is clean and decor nice! Not only did they offer all of this at a great price, they also provided free hot breakfast, discounts everywhere, and free excursion tickets! This was a little get away for me and hubby. Can’t wait to bring back the family!!!!

Good basic beach room in a safe, clean environment.

Beach front, towel service, free dvd machine, covered parking. We'll be going back. Magnolia Restaurant across the street has excellent clean fresh food all day.

Great Room for the price

Very Clean and beautiful view of the ocean. The access code is several digits long and difficult to unlock your door. Other than that, it was great!

Disappointed

Process was quick and efficient but the room was sufficient but their bathroom shower was in terrible condition dirty enough for not to me to feel comfortable taking a shower with my daughter and there were water bugs on the ceiling that had to be dealt with it was late so I did make a complaint because we checked in late and checkout time was 10 AM ask for a late check out and was denied but there was a cleaning discount of only $25

Clean Room

The room was very clean and the beds pretty comfortable. It is an old place that has been touched up with remodels, but signs of age such as water stains over the sliding door, signs of age on the walls or baseboards, and stains in the tub still exist. The elevator broke down the night before our check out so we had to carry all our luggage down 9 flights of stairs. Our stay was satisfactory for a few day getaway.

Christmas Vacation

Amazing!

Staff is extremely friendly. Very well-kept place to stay! Affordable, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Easy beach access and complimentary breakfast was very good! Highly recommend for a nice beach getaway.

A positive experience

Booked as part of group so no choice. Reviews I read were mostly very negative, late check-in, rude staff, dirty rooms, etc. We were expecting the worst but were very pleasantly surprised- able to check-in early, clean room, no housekeeping due to COVID but easily able to get towels. Staff we encountered, both to conduct business and casually, were extremely friendly and helpful. Easy walk to garage. One very minor negative- long wait to get the breakfast. But we very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. Not sure what was going on in the recent past causing the problems but they’ve certainly been fixed.
