Over 4330 sq.ft. of modern open space in the living/dining/kitchen area, ideal for families and groups of friends. In the ❤ of desirable Palm Beach where you have it All!! Within a walking distance to high rise hotels, restaurants, water activities etc... High ceilings, fully airconditioned, each bedroom has its own private bathroom plus an extra half bathroom and a laundry room. Private pool and Jacuzzi and bbq area next to the patio, 2 car garage with remote controlled doors and gate.

On the Island we use WhatsApp for easy communication if you don't have the app yet please download this.

We have to collect the Room Tax ($3 per room per night) and Environmental Levy(12.5%). This is mandatory by law if not included on the payment totals this needs to be collected in cash upon check-in.
Please have this amount in exact change ready. You will receive a receipt during the check-in.

Great house in Aruba

Home was centrally located, rooms were large with all 4 bedrooms having ensuites. House is newer, very well maintained, has a garage if you rent a vehicle (we did). Pool was great to take off a bit of the heat. Only negatives were that the property backs onto the main road on the island and there was traffic noise. The other was that there was no toaster as we planned to do breakfast at the house and then go out for other meals. Would rate a 9 out of 10, property manager was excellent!

We stayed at Villa Bella for 12 days. The house is beautiful. Walking distance to the beach and a lot of restaurants. Mina was very helpful with everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Priceless memories!

We had an amazing trip from start to finish! The house was so beautiful! It was so large! There was everything there you needed! We were a short walk to the beach! The pool and the hot tub were wonderful too when we got back from dinner in the evening! Our host was the best! She was there anytime we had a question! It could’ve been any better! Perfect location. We had a car, but you don’t need one if you don’t want because everything is in walking distance. Palm Beach is the best area to be in. It was a wonderful vacation with my family! Can’t wait to go back there again! Best House choice ever!!!

This property is all that is described and more!! We had older parents, teens, and tweens and this house was perfect for everyone!! It was sparkling clean, had space for all and the pool was the cherry on top! If you just want to hang out for the day, it is perfect! It is so close to restaurants and all of the beaches. Mina the property manager was fantastic!’ So kind and helpful! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful place for the whole family!

This was our family’s first trip to Aruba and this home was perfect! We had six adults and my 2 month old granddaughter. The separate apartment with the crib worked fantastic for the family with the baby! The location was excellent! Mina was so very helpful both before and during our trip! She was a wealth of information! We had a few mechanical issues while we were there but she responded promptly in getting them repaired.

At Villa Bella

We really enjoyed our family holiday at Villa Bella, the house was very clean, very comfortable beds in every room. Extra bonus apartment detached from the house, my adult son enjoyed this apartment. Our host Mina was very quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was very clean and they come to clean it every other day. We did rent a car, because we had our young granddaughter’s with us. You can walk to the beach and casino, just be very careful crossing the main road. We are planning to rent again next year. Thank you Mina for all your help.

Great Place!

First time visiting Aruba and this place was great. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and to all the restaurants/shops in Palm Beach. Mina was easy to reach and super accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Home and lots of space!

The home was terrific—lots of room and privacy for guests. The pool was amazing. We had a few issues in the kitchen, but it was nothing on Mina or the property owner. If you have never been to Aruba, some things are hard to get for appliances. Aruba has been our happy place for four years now, and going back again in 2024.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our entire experience. Mina, the property manager is fabulous and on it with whatever you need. She was simply amazing! Incredible property

We had an amazing 7 days at this property. I would highly recommend it. Clean, great location, within walking distance to restaurants and night life but also far enough to enjoy quite nights. It has all the amenities to cook at home and many extra's. Mina was extremely helpful and courteous. We are already talking about returning next year.

Amazing!

The house was even better in person and Mina was a pleasure to deal with. We had six adults and two kids with us and it was plenty of space for all of us. We had a car but plenty to do in walking distance too (just be careful crossing the busy street). We’ll be back for sure!

We've stayed in Palm Beach neighborhood for 16 years, but this house is the best location, modern, clean and private house we have ever found in the area. So nice, I don't want to tell people more as they might take my dates. Cheers.

House is wonderful. Great rooms all with their own bathrooms. Nice pool area. Kitchen is exactly what you need on vacation - not to big and not too small. Very wide open layout. Very nice that is has a separate apartment. We did not need it but it could come in handy if someone needed more room or their own space. It was close walk to the beaches on Palm beach and very east to get to. The property manager, Mina, was very attentive and easy to get in touch with on WhatsApp. She even gave us some pointers for the beach and restaurant suggestions. You are really close to a lot of action on the beach and the surrounding area.

Very nice stay

Very nice large new home. Everything was spotless and the property manager was very professional and friendly. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Would be nice if the developers would update the trail to the hotel area with a concrete or paved walkway with some lighting. And I hope it doesn't take an accident crossing the road for the government who approved the development of these expensive homes, to make the renters safe trying to enjoy what Aruba has to offer. I loved our stay here as I'm sure you will also, please just be careful crossing the road or call a taxi!

Buckeyes in Aruba

We loved the house! All four couples had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. After a catamaran, horseback ride, and sail, the jets felt great on the sore back. With a fabulous location to restaurants such as "Le Petit Cafe," steak on a lava rock, "Chicken and Lobster" next door to the Cafe, "Wacky Wahoo" across from Wendy's, and easy access to sailing from the Hyatt Regency. Although Palm Beach was close, we snorkeled at Boca Catalina, Arashi (fish), Tres Trapi (turtles), did horseback riding and rented UTVs near Alto Vista and more. Our 10-day vacation was simply wonderful! Thank you to Lianne and Mina for your help -- we hit the jackpot!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

We had an amazing stay with this home. There were some pros and cons but overall it was an amazing trip. Here are the Pros: Location- the palm area strip is a 2 minute walk. However you must cross the busy highway, which is scary at times due to the heavy traffic. Size of the home- Wow is this home beautiful and huge Cleanliness of the home- you could eat off the floors it so spotless Check in and out process was smooth and the hostess was so nice. Cons: Hard beds- the beds were awful. Especially the twin beds. The ladies that slept in that room said it was like sleeping on the floor. Alarm system went off every time a door opened and the hostess had no idea how to work the system. Our boys (age 20 and 21) were out all hours and every night they'd come back at 2 or 3 am (they stayed in the outside apartment) the inside alarms would go off waking everyone up. The front door lock needs to be replaced. We spent lots of time trying to lock that door when leaving b/c it is not just a turn of the key. Recommend you leave the key fobs at home b/c we thought we lost a set of keys (We left the keys in the UTV we rented). Upon arriving we were told the oven didn't work- they purchased a tiny toaster over to replace it (which mean no cooking pizzas) until it could be fixed. It took forever to make toast for 6 of us. Could use a toaster and need to fix the oven. Could also use more kitchen items. We had to purchase large bowls so we could make potato and macaroni salad. OMG- the pool is freezing. It is not heated. That was a huge disappointment. Probably the largest one in my opinion. We are from New York and it is cold and snowy here at home. All you want to do is go to Aruba and hang at the pool at times with our large family. NO ONE swam in the pool, it was just to darn cold. If I head to Aruba again, I would stay at this home again. I absolutely recommend you do as well. Hopefully they take some of my suggestions and make a few small changes.

Everything was wonderful about this vacation. The location to the beach was the best we could’ve expected without being located directly on the beach which is impossible in Palm Beach and less you were staying in a hotel. We had 5 year old twin boys with us and they did great in the separate apartment with their parents. The pool was delightful and the beach towels and chairs were very useful. We brought a light weight packable shade for the beach with us which I would advise. The BBQ grill and supply of dishes were good for making meals at home. I have 3 suggestions for the owners. 1. A fan in the MBR would make it more comfortable for sleeping. 2. Better pillows for the bed in the MBR. 3. More large trash can bags available. Mina, our contact, was absolutely wonderful!!!
