Impressive. Doesn't get any better than Yrie Beach Villa. We hugged all the staff with supreme appreciation. They were awesome. Food is top notch. Rooms are top notch. Location is ideal . Premises pristine. All 17 members of our group are eager to stay at Yrie again. It was a truly irie experience.

My family and I, 12-15 of us take an annual family vacation every year. In 2026 I came across this property and booked it. The house, which is located right on the beach nestled between hotels, restaurants and other businesses could not have been a better location for our group. The house was clean, the Entire staff was phenomenal. The meals were perfectly planned. After a couple of days the chef and assistants knew our preferences and catered them to us. The staff at the house worked very hard ensuring that all of our needs were met and we truly appreciated their efforts. Family members were able to book water activities, massages, etc., right on the beach outside the house. Transportation was set up, when we needed it, but we could also walk to a local market, nightclub, shops and restaurants. This was by far one of the best vacations that we’ve taken and we plan to vacation here again.

This was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Courtney was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and made sure every detail of our trip was seamless. From the warm welcome at the airport to the exceptional staff at the house, everything exceeded our expectations.The house is absolutely gorgeous, the beach is stunning, and the food was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.If you're thinking about booking this property, don't hesitate—just do it! You won't regret it. This was the second time to vacation here and again it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent,the staff was very attentive to our needs. The food was outstanding Marie did a great job. Krystal the house manager was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Every staff member were always available if needed also the Security Shane was very friendly and helpful. All around GREAT experience again and we will be back next year.

It was simply heavenly for the Mom/grandmom who usually does alll the cooking and cleaning!!! I just loved it!! The house is spectacular. The staff was amazing. And the beach/water was crystal clear. Rays and starfish!!! We all snorkeled. Even the little ones!!! Will definitely return!! Best beach vacation ever!!!! Food was yummy and healthy too!! Thanks Marie!!!! Rooms were immaculate. TV above the pool was enjoyed by all!! World Cup soccer and Moana too!!

The villa was the perfect setup for our multi-generation group. Everyone had their own well-appointed and comfortable space. The beach was beautiful and just steps away from our pool. The kids went continuously went back and forth between pool and beach and loved them both. The staff was extremely kind and worked hard to please our five kids with kid-friendly meals.

We had an incredible stay at Yrie Beach. From the second we arrived the staff provided an incredible experience. The villa is clean and spacious and beautiful, and we had everything we could have wanted. It’s on a gorgeous stretch of beach and we enjoyed time in both the beach and the pool while we were there. Food was amazing every night, chef Marie is an incredible cook! Crystal took care of all of our excursions and anything else that came up while we were there. Would love to return!

Amazing stay in Negril

This was a wonderful property to stay at. I would not be surprised if it were the best in all of Negril. Our family had the nicest time taking advantage of the pool and the beach. We hope to come back!

Beautiful Beachfront Villa

Amazing stay with family and friends. Being able to walk directly out into the sand and ocean was indescribable. Staff creates a special experience with this villa. Great stay.

Stunning property

Beautiful villa right on the beach. The staff were great, cooked the most delicious meals. 5 star quality all around. The rooms were spacious. Pool was wonderful for the kids and adults. Close to restaurants and bars. Exceptional. Definitely would stay here again

Amazing Villa

Our stay at the villa was amazing. The property was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and attentive. The food prepared by the onsite chef was delicious and we had a great variety. I would highly recommend this property and will most likey return in the future.

Best Beach Location & Beautiful House

You can't beat the location. Chef Marie made our vacation the most memorable yet. She is well-organized and everyday she surprised us with her excellent creations. Any issues we had were addressed as best as they could and timely.The accommodation is run like a mini private hotel-beautiful rooms and lots of space. It was private and perfect for our group of 10.

Your own mini luxury resort

Our group had such a memorable family vacation at Yrie Beach Villa! The host and staff really outdid themselves and took care of everything for us. The Villa is beautiful and very clean. You can’t beat the location being right on the beach in Negril. We’ll definitely be letting our friends and family know about this gem! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic Vacation Villa

We had an outstanding week at Yrie Beach Villa and its location on the beach in Negril is spectacular! The Villa is well appointed and all of the rooms are unique and comfortable. The service and advance information provided by Courtney was exemplary and every detail was well planned to allow for a relaxing and fun vacation. From the in-airport VIP pick up to the delicious daily meals, we were well cared for by Yrie's gracious and friendly staff. If you have a large group and are seeking the perfect Island vacation, this is the place to stay.

Absolutely Amazing Girl's Trip

I don't have enough kind words to say about our stay. The location, the villa, the staff, the food...everything was absolutely amazing. The pictures on the website do not do justice for the experience. Each room was so meticulously decorated not to mention the views of the beach, sunrises and sunsets. Blondie, Mari, Carl and the rest of the staff took such great care of us! We are definitely looking forward to visiting again!

A Honeymoon to remember

My fiancee visited this villa back in August 2023 with family. He raved about this villa and loved it so much he booked it for our honeymoon and invited family to join us as well later on in the week. This place was perfect, everyone loved it! The food, hospitality and over all experience was top notch. We were treated like royalty and family at the same time. Kudos to the chef Marie, house manager Krisanne, Ray and other staff for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this villa and cant wait to visit again!

Perfect family vacation

We will definitely be back. The house was beautiful, inside and out. The staff was always on point working with our daily changes. I felt like they took care of everyone. We had 13 people total and the house accommodated all easily. The food was amazing. Chef Cher is awesome! We were celebrating a few graduations and engagement. The celebration they prepared for my family was beautiful.

Disappointing wi-fi

The property and staff were wonderfulBut for 4 days we had spotty wi-fi service which affected our phones, computers and tv’s in the rooms.

Unfortunately due to the unreliability of the local internet providers this resulted in unreliable WiFi service which has prompted Yrie Beach Villa to switch to satellite base internet service. Since this inception we have had flawless WiFi service. Yrie Beach Villa is always striving to improve our guests experience and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.

Girls Trip 2021

There were 11 women in this trip. Someone can imagine there were 11 email personalities.This was an experience not just a villa rental. The property is new and Immaculate. The staff went out of their way to please every guest at all times. The chef was creative and on point at every meal! Loved it so much already planning to go back in three months.
