Upon entry, guests are welcomed by an inviting open-air foyer with lake views throughout. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances, including double ovens, a gas cooktop, and ample storage space—perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy the comforts of home with a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more. The dine-in island breakfast bar provides seating for four, making it ideal for entertaining!



Adjacent to the kitchen, the cozy dining space offers beautiful views and ample seating options. The living room is designed for comfort with plush couches, a large flat-screen TV. Large windows invite natural light and showcase grand lake views, making it an ideal spot for game days or movie nights. Step outside to your own outdoor oasis, featuring a flat-screen TV, ample seating, and the crown jewel of the home: a large pool overlooking the lake. This slice of paradise is perfect for relaxation, enjoying Florida's famous weather, and BBQing by the pool.



The owner spared no expense on luxury, and it shows in both the amenities and the sleeping arrangements. This 7-bedroom, 5-bath beach home comfortably accommodates 20 guests. On the first floor, you'll find 2 King Bedrooms with a shared bath, the Master King Suite featuring double vanities, a large jetted tub, a shower, and a spacious walk-in closet, and a Full Bedroom with access to a large full bathroom off the main living area. Upstairs, guests can enjoy a Double Queen Bedroom, a King Suite, and a custom bunk room with 3 built-in twin beds. The two beautiful full bathrooms on the second floor are shared between these bedrooms.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:

Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.



Beach Service: Guests of Anchor Down can rent beach chair setups at The Crab Trap on Scenic Gulf Drive. Please speak to a La Dolce Vita beach attendant



Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated. Spa does not reach standard spa heat temps. 86 degrees max.)

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities:

Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar.

Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in.

Anchor down is within walking distance to the beach front restaurants and Destiny East`s Community Center which offers a large pool, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking/pet path, large playground, grilling/prep station, and private movie theater! The public beach access is conveniently located just two blocks from the home at The Crab Trap.

This home has a private gas grill. Propane is included.



Interaction with Guests:

With our offices open 7 days a week, it makes it easy to get in touch with us for all your vacation needs! Our office hours are 9am to 5pm central time. You can get in contact with us either by email or phone!



We do ask that within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly. We like to ensure that everything during your stay with us is held to high standards, so if anything unforeseen does arise, we want to quickly dispatch the right people as soon as possible! We want you to enjoy your vacation and stay with us and not delay any of your time!
