Enjoy this cozy cottage. 2bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home which sleeps a total of 6 guests. Additional sleeping space for guests in the nearby bungalow (Please note that bungalow does not have running water/bathroom facilities attached so guests would need to use the main cottage for such purposes.) There is an additional cost for use of the bungalow space, be sure to inquire about that at time of booking.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUNGALOW SPACE IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE COLDER MONTHS OF OCTOBER THROUGH APRIL.

Beautiful property on a beautiful lake

We stayed with our daughter, son-in-law and their two little girls. The cabin is immaculate and the space is utilized very well. The distance to Grand Marais was nice, just a little bit out of town. The setting was stunning, right on Lake Superior. We would stay again!

A Perfect relaxing stay

This is our fourth stay here - we really love it. Close proximity to GM, yet far enough away. Lovely view. A totally peaceful stay.

Great location, view, place to stay

We did a few nights there. Very nice being only five minutes from grandma Marie, and a great view for having a bonfire in the evenings. We will definitely stay there again.

New Years on North Shore

This property is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Everything you might ever need is supplied. The view of Lake Superior is fantastic. Highly recommend The Silver Hilton.

Perfect place for our Thanksgiving stay in Grand Marais.

The house is super cute and cozy and was perfect for our small family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked, and the counters were spacious. We found a few dirty dishes in the cabinets (I am guessing from the previous guests), but it was not a huge deal as the dishwasher worked well, and plenty of dishwashing tabs and dishwasher booster were supplied. The bedrooms were spacious, with lots of storage in the closets. The beds were too soft for our liking, but it was not a deal breaker. The bathrooms were perfect. We enjoyed waking up to the crisp air and the waves of Lake Superior, as well as watching the ships in the distance during the day. At night, the Apple TV worked seamlessly with our devices and was a nice amenity. Overall, we had a lovely holiday staying in this lakefront home.

Wonderful lakeside experience!

The Silver Hilton was spotlessly prepared with superb attention to detail. The location on the shore of Lake Superior was amazing......we fell asleep to the sound of waves and awoke to incredible sunrises. Great experience with lots of memories.

Great stay on the North Shore

Wonderful time up north with family during an awesome stretch of fall (summer-like) weather. The property owner is great to work with and the things to do around Grand Marais will keep you busy.

Beautiful cottage

Beautiful cottage right on the water, very close to Grand Marais. Perfect for two couples! Adorable comfortable decor. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was fabulous!!

A Wonderful Week

I booked this property because it's right on the lake. It was a nice home away from home for the week. We had fun rock hunting and hiking the various parks in the area. We drove up to Grand Portage Park and hiked at Devil's Kettle the following day. It's so beautiful on the North Shore--I would highly recommend! Thank you so much

North Shore Anniversary

This was a beautiful property with wonderful shoreline on Lake Superior!!. We laid out on the rocks for a fantastic show of Northern Lights and meteors! The accommodations were excellent!

Wish it was my home!

Beautiful view, NICE flooring, lovely bathrooms, comfy beds and my little dog was welcome to join us. We didn’t have great weather, but felt cozy in the house with the gas fireplace on. We have stayed at many vrbos, and this was easily my favorite.
