Located in East Vail, this beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath home is perfect for a family looking for winter fun on the mountain. It has 1,250-square-feet of living space able to accommodate up to six people and is only four-and-a-half miles from Vail Village. You'll have a king-size bed in the main bedroom and a queen in each of the other two bedrooms, so everyone will have plenty of space during your stay. The condo is fully furnished and the free ski bus stop for Vail Village is right outside the complex, with the bus running every 15 minutes during ski season and every hour in the summer. You'll even have access to the complex's summer pool and tennis courts, so you'll never run out of fun things to do on your vacation.

Ski shuttle details:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Non-Response Vacasa team

Good location but the bus stop is not right in front of condo complex. Not a big deal, but it is a 5 min. walk. Vacasa was non responsive, received WiFi code did not work, found another code that was partially correct inside a binder in condo. Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good, bed comfortable, sauna was wonderful, spacious living room, window crank and frame in kitchen totally broken, fireplace did not work, washer had a lot of black mold and could not be used, blind in second bedroom broken, all closets were cluttered with clothes, extra blankets/pillows/bed sheets thrown into closets, no space for our clothes to hang in master bedroom closet, second bedroom closet, entry closet which was full of cleaning stuff. Our main concern however was that Vacasa NEVER responded. Not Vacasa headquarter and not the local representative mentioned in the condo binder! We would recommend the condo with the location and if all the items have been fixed.

Unit 1502 at Timber Falls, Vail, CO

The place was filthy upon arrival. Broken glass on on living room floor, missing light bulbs, hair in bed due to unchanged sheets, stained comforter, trash on floor in all rooms, black gunk coming out of jacuzzi pool, etc. Nobody from this property has addressed my concerns and we are going on two weeks! Don’t stay here!!!!

Great place but could be cleaned better. The masterbed blankets had hair on them and he overall cleanliness was a bit lacking. Lovely place though.

A comfortable condo for a weekend stay. The property was clean. The bus stop is a short walk, (200 yards?) from the condo at the entrance to the parking lot.

Did not get the condo we rented

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we were disappointed from the moment when we got there. At first Nancy was not able to find our key packet and asked us if possibly someone had picked it up for us. Luckily we found the key packet but then she said here is your keys for #1502 and we had rented #1503. She made a call to the property manager and obviously something was going on because she kept asking him what she should tell me since I was standing right there. We took #1502 but were disappointed. There was rotten food in the fridge and spilled food so it had not been cleaned. The kitchen window knob was broken so when you tried to open it it fell off. The master bathroom door was off the hinges so you had to basically leave it open for fear of it falling off. The washing machine stunk and was full of mold so we had to clean that before we used it. Upon check-in our smoke detectors were going off so we had to call maintenance and then he arrived with the wrong batteries. Then the second morning our power went out and I called Nancy as we were trying to get ready and she said that maintenance would get there when he could. There was no urgency to get the situation resolved. I also called and left a message for the manager and asked Nancy repeatedly if she would ask him (Rob) to call me and she said that she would ask him but as of today we still have not received a call. And other then the power being turned back on none of the other issues were resolved during our stay even though they were all told to management. Very disappointed in the price that we paid and that we didn't get the condo we reserved. I would be very careful with renting with Gore Creek Properties.
