SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Welcome to the SunDestin Beach Resort by Scenic Stays, the premier condominium in the heart of Destin situated on a private beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The onsite Scenic Stays team at SunDestin looks forward to welcoming you to your next beach vacation at our 24-hour front desk. The experience of a lifetime awaits! SunDestin Beach Resort features expansive onsite amenities including a newly renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), workout facility, event/meeting space, gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals and much more!

Upon entry to SunDestin Unit 915, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 4 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for two. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!

Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the flat panel televisions located in the living room and bedroom both equipped with DVD players. DVD rentals are available in the lobby directly across from the gift shop!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Condo was great, fabulous view.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook our meal. my only complaint was the lack of communication that the outdoor pool/hot tub area was closed. 90% of the reason we chose rentals is based on the pool so needless to say, we were very disappointed when we arrived and realized it was closed. I had read that there was construction and we may not be able to use our balcony but no where did it say pool was closed. It was not even communicated at check in.

Favorite Vacation Spot

My second time staying at SunDestin and it never disappoints. A fully stocked kitchen with appliances. Everything we needed. All we have to do is make our own groceries. This time the only complaint i have is that the WiFi did not work. Overall, I’d actually move there permanently if i had the chance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great condo for price!

This is beachfront and so convenient to basically everything in Destin. A couple of cleaning issues: 1) bags of chips left in the cabinets from previous guest and 2) used kitchen towel left on top of the fridge. But pretty minor and everything else looked clean. I’m sure we will be back!

Not staying here ever again!!!

We will never stay at SunDestin again. The pullout bed our son slept on was broken. We called maintenance twice. They finally showed up day before we were leaving. We were there for 8 days. They have no basic amenities. I was shocked that there was no hairdryer, no coffee or coffee filters, not even salt and pepper if you wanted to make food. We had no beach towels or enough regular towels for that matter. You have to wash the towels they provide you and for three of us they provided 6 towels for the entire stay. One load is $5 and the dryer doesn’t dry your clothes and the washer and dryer are a single washer and dryer for the entire floor. So if you choose to stay here make sure to pack heavy because they provide nothing. Their convenience store they have inside the building is over priced and ice cream sold on the beach is $20 per single ice cream. They don’t advertise the price so you don’t know until you go to pay. Oh and I can’t forget you have to rent chairs and an umbrella for the beach each day which is $60/day. Not worth it. So many nicer places around and cost about the same. With everything added up we could have stayed at a much nicer, cleaner and more comfortable place that provide basic amenities. Think twice before staying here!

NO TV/ Bedroom was hot

We literally had to watch TV off our computer that we brought. The tv was showing g demo mods and would not connect…. The maintenance said they called twice. I never received a call form anyone. The day we leave I got a called around 9am and I picked upon the first ring. So why wouldn’t I have picked up if they called the first time. The bedroom was hot and the living room was cold….. I will not make plans to say there again. Great part was the people at the desk was nice.

Was not impressed by hotel management

We got a text at 1 saying our room was ready but did not arrive until 4. When we got there they told us we could not check in due to a maintenance issue, they then proceeded to tell us they did not know how long that would take. So I messaged the owner about the issue and still have not heard from her still to this day. Luckily a lady walk up to the hotel lobby and she immediately said how can I help you and I told her the problem. She did not hesitate and picked up the phone and found out and got us right in our room. If it wasn’t for her we would of left right then. I will defiantly not be staying at this property again.
