CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Pick up beach attire and supplies in the lobby gift shop and head to the newly renovated outdoor pool.  Relax in your unit with complimentary DVD rentals. Later in the day, get a workout in at the fitness facility and swim some laps in the indoor pool (heated seasonally). Unwind from daily activities in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. SunDestin Beach Resort boasts 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, so there’s plenty of room to host large business or personal functions. Young and old will enjoy the seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (additional fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Should any questions arise during your stay, our cordial and knowledgeable Scenic Stays team will be available via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

SunDestin Unit 1406 is a delightful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. You’ll feel right at home in this cozy beachfront retreat with amazing gulf-front views. One step in the inviting open-concept living/dining space and you’ll feel like you’re home. The kitchen is fully stocked with a breakfast bar and comfy high-top bar stools for four. Lounge in the living room with sunken flat-screen TV and recliner. Relax in the master suite with a king-sized bed or in the living room on the oversized queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress.

Head over to the Destin harbor and rent a pontoon for the day! Hang with locals and visitors alike at Crab Island, a sandbar refuge between Destin Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Swim, snorkel, or just chill on a float and soak up the Florida vibes.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
