Welcome to New Smyrna Beach, Florida
This new beautiful 3 bedrooms, 2 bath condo is on the 5th floor with ocean views and across from the no-drive section of the beach. Ocean walk has heated pools, Hot tubs. Sauna, gyms, tennis, basketball hoop, shuffleboard, bocce ball, private theater you can reserve, and 2 clubhouses, his- hers bathrooms with showers, outside gas grills and nature trail walks.
This Ocean view three bedrooms 2 bath condo has all you need for an exceptional vacation. The condo has been thoughtfully decorated for families to be comfortable and feel at home. The open full kitchen has ocean views, counter seating for 3 as well as a dining table that can seat an additional 4 and overlooks the living room with a big comfy couch, armchairs, coffee tables, and side tables, large flat screen TV, and a nice balcony with furniture.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a large flat screen TV, sitting area, bedside tables, lamps, and a bureau dresser along with a walk-in closet and full en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, side tables with lamps a bureau dresser and a Flat screen TV, and a closet This bedroom has access to a full bath that can also be used from the hallway. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 twins and a single twin along with a flat screen TV and a closet. The living room couch can sleep an additional 2.
The balcony has beautiful views of the ocean and nice furniture to relax.
New Smyrna Beach is located on the central East Coast of Florida.
Welcome to beautiful New Smyrna Beach with 17 miles of pristine, white, sandy beaches. Enclosed by 2 national parks one north of the barrier Island where dogs are allowed and the other south with miles of unspoiled beach no homes or condo's nature pure. New Smyrna Beach has some of the best restaurants around. Casual to fancy.
You won't be disappointed at the different choices we have in town. We have a lot of conservation land where you can spot Manatees raising their calves in a small cove and dolphins are all along the Intracoastal waters here. Every water sport you desire is here also from fishing to surfing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, or plain relaxing at the beach.
Historical Flagler Ave. has small quaint shops and restaurants and always has some type of fun special events going on. Canal Street also has quaint shops and restaurants and has a farmers' market Saturdays lined along a beautiful Palm Tree St. with an oldie car meeting.
Just a beautiful quaint city where the Floridians vacation.
This beautiful condo does no longer allow pets bc of new HOA rules. :O(

Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as the pictures showed. The view was amazing, the location was great, and the amenities were wonderful. We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this condo for your New Smyrna Beach Vacation.

Lovely location, parking was easy, garage, easy access in a gated community, short walk to pools and beach, ocean view, great patio, nice kitchen, fabulous town. We loved it.

Comfy and spacious

All beds needs a updated mattresses. Internet was on the slow side and it was slow to load/refresh. Hall bathroom tube is a slip hazard. I almost fell. We did enjoy our time there able to all be together.

Enjoyable stay with beach view

The condo was very clean. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. The breeze from the ocean was relaxing and refreshing. The pool and hot tub were close to the condo as well as a sauna and fitness room. Our family enjoyed our weekend getaway!

Perfect beach vacation

Spacious condo with plenty of room for our family of 8. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels for everyone! Loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. Comfortable beds and quiet neighbors made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. We loved the close proximately to the beach that is only a short walk away. Awesome pools and fitness center as well as shuffle board, tennis courts and bocci ball. Amazing place to stay for a relaxing vacation!!

Review of the view...

We have been staying in the Ocean Walk complex quite a bit over the past 20 years, but haven't experienced the view we had this year. Being able to see the ocean was a huge plus. That said, it is important to recognize the truly great assistance we had from Cindy Homfeld. From securing our stay to helping with acclimatizing ourselves with the nuances of the complex, Cindy offered support throughout the entire trip process, and we would like to thank her for that! The complex was very well maintained and definitely dog friendly. Looking to relax and enjoy a wonderful setting, we highly recommend both working with Cindy and her staff, and staying here. Spacious, clean, and quiet condo

This condo had more than enough space for my family of 6. We enjoyed our stay here, and made good use of the kitchen and laundry. We also really appreciated the beach toys and wagon, they made going to the beach much more enjoyable. For a condo it was extremely quiet, rarely heard anything through the walls/ceiling! The only issue we had was the garage door opener was not provided. The garage closes between 7-8 pm and getting inside to open it is not easy. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed what New Smyrna Beach had to offer!

Great place slight hiccup

The place is great. Plenty of room and nice view from balcony. Well equipped with coolers, beach towels and beach chairs. Little issue with the code to get in the main gate. Property manager super responsive late in eve but owner not on top of communication. Thankfully someone let us thru the gate or we would have left car and walked to the unit. In the end would recommend but be prepared to drive to all venues. About 4 miles from the heart of everything.

Condo with a beautiful ocean view!

We stayed here for almost a week and we absolutely loved it! Check-in instructions provided were very accurate. We had a little issue figuring out the lock on the door but only took a couple times locking and unlocking it until we figured out how it worked. The inside was clean and well decorated. Lots of open space for everyone to hang out. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck with the view of the ocean. The evenings were spent in the nearby pool and hot tub. The building is sound and we rarely heard the neighbors when inside. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. It's well stocked with dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, beach towels and toys for kiddos, board games and extra blankets. The bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable. Check out was a breeze too. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if in the area! The Proms from MN

Good and Bad

Lovely and well-furnished condo, it was not on the beach, as described , but was separated by a busy road and other condos on the beach blocked most of the beach view. We saw hardly anyone there. The garage was nearly empty. Our stay was nice, but our family was due to join us and could not come because of illness. Problems: charges were added after I had committed to coming; described as dog-friendly but our medium-sized dogs were not allowed due to weight; front door knob was difficult to operate; kitchen overhead light needs replacement; one of the lamps in the living room had no light bulb and none were provided; one of the two property managers wanted to argue with me about the number assigned to our property and did not return my call about gate code, but the other property manager was great.

BEWARE of illegal charges

I booked this property on March 7th and selected that I was bringing my pet (VRBO confirmed this based on my original booking email) and was not charged for a pet. One week before check in on a federal holiday the host sent me a payment request for my pet due the same day. After speaking with VRBO they confirmed that I did not have to pay this additional pet fee since it was not charged at the time of reservation. After multiple failed attempts of trying to resolve this issue, the host was extremely unprofessional, rude and unwilling to remove the illegal charge. Unfortunately VRBO said that they could not do anything until the day of check-in. On the day of check-in VRBO confirmed that the host would not provide access information to the condo. VRBO attempted to resolve the issue with the host but after multiple failed attempts VRBO forced the host to cancel and refund us. Refund is currently pending, have not received it yet as they say it takes 3 to 5 business days. * Disclosure, I was not able to provide an accurate cleanliness rating because we did not stay there but it made me select something.

Nice condo - too far from beach for us

Condo was nice. Air conditioning in master bedroom was not great - hottest room in the condo even at 70 degrees. "A short walk to the beach" is not exactly accurate by my definition. It is about four football field lengths to the beach- not exactly that short when you are walking and pulling a wagon and carrying bags, chairs, umbrella, etc. This condo unit is the farthest away from the beach access. You can drive down to the beach crossover and park there easily, but you have to load up the car each time and then you end up with sand all in your car. If you are not much of a beach goer, then this would be a great condo for you. On another note, the HOA would not allow us to park in the garage under the building because they said we did not have an "official parking pass." We used what was left in the condo for us just like we were told to. I never heard back from the listing agent when I emailed her and questioned her about it. Overall, the condo is very spacious and nice. However, as much as my family likes going to the beach several times a day, we will look for something closer to the beach next time. (The storage closet with beach chairs, boogie boards, etc is nice, but the very old umbrella needs to be replaced as it was already broken when we checked-in.) Oceanwalk does have nice amenities. This condo unit is about a 2-3 minute walk to the closest pool/club house. I would suggest looking it up on Google Maps to see the exact location of this unit.
