Edgewater Villa 2411 is a fully renovated 2 Bed/2 Bath located just steps from the most beautiful beaches in the world. Although this property is not beachfront, you will not be disappointed with the best resort experience Panama City Beach has to offer.

Your perfect golf and beach vacation is here at Edgewater Resort! This gorgeous 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 2nd floor condominium looks over the peaceful lagoon and large pool. Conveniently located near the pedestrian bridge and shuttle stop, you are moments away from the white sandy beach and lagoon pool, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet at the end of a long day.

This unit has been completely renovated and has everything you need for the perfect vacation. You'll enjoy Luxurious Vinyl Plank flooring (no carpet!) throughout the condo. The kitchen is completely updated and fully stocked. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. The main balcony is spacious and has seating for 4, overlooking the lagoon and pool.

The master bedroom has a top of the line king bed and mattress with upgraded sheets that is sure to help you get a great night's rest. Enjoy a movie or your favorite show on a 58" smart TV. The master bathroom is upgraded with a custom tile shower and a dual vanity in the bathroom. The master boasts a large walk-in closet for luggage. The master has direct access to the main balcony.

The second bedroom also has a top of the line king bed and mattress with upgraded sheets that is sure to help you get a great night's rest. This room has a 43" smart TV. Additionally, it has 2 custom built twin bunk bed to sleep 4. There is a closet attached to the guest room and dressers for clothes storage.

The attached bathroom has quartz countertop and tile surround tub/shower. There is also a small balcony attached to the front bedroom that overlooks the tennis courts.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating for your group with a 65" smart TV to connect to your favorite subscriptions. We include HD service on all TVs.

There is dining seating for 8 coupled with additional bar seating.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
