Overall a great stay!

We were pretty pleased with the property. Overall the place was clean and well stocked. We also liked the out of the way location. The only downsides were that it smelled slightly of sulfer the entire time (seemed to come from the laundry room). Also, kids were looking forward to the pool on our last day only to find out the key card provided didn't work and we had to miss out. The only added note - we hated the non-cotton non-breathable sheets on the beds.

Archery Tournament and Vacation

We had a great stay. Perfect location to get to our kids archery tournament at the Ben Avery Shooting Center. Great amenities. Love relaxing in the backyard. Enjoyed being able to cook and not eat out all the time. Kids enjoyed visiting the pool. Information binder was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Lovely location

We loved this location, we stayed here for a month long workcation to escape the city of and grey. It is quiet here and tthere are numerous walking trails for mid-day breaks. Would stay here again!

The house was very clean. The location for us was perfect since we were visiting our son in the area. There was enough room for entertaining everyone and having our meals together.

Beautiful house which totally met our needs

We were visiting family who lived in the area and this house was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for all. Even though we did not do a lot of cooking, the kitchen had everything we could have needed. We even got to park our car in the garage! I was a little surprised there were no board games in the house, as that may have been something fun to do at the end of the day with my teens. The management company was very responsive to any questions I had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable and Spacious Home in Quiet Community

The house was well laid out, with good common area and three bedrooms plus an office, which was used by two of the adults who were working during their stay. The outdoor area and garden is very pleasant and offered great sunset views. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay but considering the price, the house furnishings need a bit of updating, in particular with regard to towels and some kitchen amenities. The master bedroom mattress was fabulous but a new mattress is needed on one of the twin beds, as the current one was not adequate for an adult. A few items to consider include a salad spinner, dishes that are microwave and oven proof, regular coffee mugs (currently there are only two and the rest are specialty mugs), pot lids that fit some of the more commonly used pans and pots, and perhaps a cooler and ice packs to allow for picnicking and day trips since we arrived by air. We were disappointed there was no phone as one was advertised as available for use but was removed a couple years ago. We used the local pool extensively - it was close by and never crowded, so a great option for both exercise and relaxation.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

This home was beautifully appointed, and our stay was so comfortable. The area is quiet and located in a beautiful golf community. The property manager was so attentive and accommodating, and the home has everything you need. We had a wonderful stay!

The only down side was that one of the community pools advertised has water slides but they are rarely open and will shut down frequently (at least when we were there). My daughter was looking forward to it and it really bummed her out.

Wonderful stay

The location was beautiful, house was amazing and was a very comfortable stay. I believe that it was presented to the customers best interests and comfort in mind. I did find some cleaning overlooks but that could have just been missed on cleaning and I would absolutely reccomned this property to friends.

Beautiful home on quiet street, attentive property mgr

This home was exceptionally clean. Very lovely home on quiet street. The property manager was available and answered inquiries immediately. The only drawback was the beds were uncomfortable. We ended up buying a queen sized inflatable mattress to use instead. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Exceptionally Clean

Absolutely loved this property! It was sparkling clean. We were allowed use of the garage and it was a game changer with 2 small kids. The location was perfect and the community amenities were top notch! We will definitely stay here next time we come.

Great Stay in Vistancia

This is a great property in Vistancia which is far enough to feel secluded but within a 10 min drive of everything you could need. The home was comfortable, clean and spacious. I appreciated the office to get some work completed. The backyard is landscaped nicely with a built-in BBQ which we used twice. I'd highly recommend this proerty.

Beautiful house in the Vistancia neighborhood, this comfortable home is accurately advertised on Vrbo. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything was in working order. The owner was a pleasure to work with and always replied to my inquiries in a timely manner. If you're traveling to Peoria, we highly recommend this property!

Nice home in good neighborhood

This home looks like the pictures and is very comfortable for 6 adults. We used the home to sleep and have breakfast then spent days and evenings with family nearby. Greatly appreciated a few supplies to get us started: a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a box of tissues, paper towels, and a few laundry pods. The multiple nightlights throughout the house were also appreciated. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The one set of towels in each bathroom were good but the extra towels in the linen closet have seen better days. We will definitely consider renting this property again in the future.

Well-maintained and convenient location

Our family and friends had a nice stay. Clean and convenient. They primarily used the home to just sleep in, as they were out of the house during the day and for their meals.
