We loved this property. It had everything and more you could need for a complete home away from home. The area was ideal for a quiet relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Escape from the snow

Enjoyed several weeks of warm weather in this roomy updated house. Friendly neighborhood recovering from the hurricane. Several welcoming restaurants and fresh seafood. Host was excellent. Off the beaten track with shopping nearby.bike trails, kayaking from your door!

Great home and location

We enjoyed our stay in Hernando Beach. The house was clean, comfortable, cute, and with good amenities. We enjoyed using the kayaks and riding the golf cart. We look forward to returning next year.

We love water front canal properties. This one is clean and well kept.

Went for a long weekend with the family. Took our boat. We had a great time and very relaxing.

Very nice place with a huge screened in porch. Had issues with lighting and ants. Wished we would have received more welcome instructions. Plenty of room for our family!

Your home is lovely. The perfect 2 week vacation in beautiful Hernando Beach where we have family members living. The golf cart was a big hit with our family. We hope to return in the future, it's the perfect location for us to vacation with our Hernando Beach relatives. Thank you!

Perfect homebase

Super clean and modern home that provided a great place for a group of friends to use while going to spring training games within a 90 minute radius. Very nice bedding and linens. Beautiful view at the back of the house. Owner was great to work with. Hope to stay here in the future.

Peaceful, Relaxing & Beautiful View

We had a great time! We had everything we needed at the house! The house was clean and beds were comfortable! I am reluctant to post a great review because the house will ALWAYS be booked and I will have a harder time to book again! When you book this awesome home be sure to take care of it because we wanna go back :) Checking in & out was very easy! We will definitely be back!!!!

Perfect family/friends trip

The location of the neighborhood is perfect. The kids loved, jumping off the dock and swimming & kayaking. The lanai is perfect to accommodate the whole family. The house was very clean, has everything that you would need. love all the couches plenty of places to sit and have conversations. 10 of 10!

Exceeded Expectations!

Couldn't be happier with our choice of this property. Large bedrooms, clean sheets and towels, and a huge screened back patio facing West. Well equipped kitchen with extra consumables. When we return (family in the immediate area), we'll stay here again.

My family and I have stayed at many nice homes in central Florida and this is one of the cleanest we have been at! Very tastefully decorated as well. Quiet neighborhood, very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Family annual vacay

We really enjoyed this property soooo much. It was way nicer than pictures reflected. The location was perfect and the house was very well stocked. I shouldn't say too many wonderful things about this property...it will be filled the next time we would like to stay😊 The best compliment we can give is that we would definitely stay there again!!!

Hernando Beach Adventure

This home is incredible! Everything updated and super clean. Very convenient and easy to get to the gulf. We didn’t have a lot of luck scalloping, but the water was beautiful for snorkeling. We did have some luck with redfish and mangrove snapper. Homeowner was great with communication and again, this home was the most neat, clean home we have ever rented.

Long Weekend Getaway

My family of 8 stayed at this beautiful home for a long weekend. We brought our boat and had a blast. The home has been all remodeled with upscale furniture and beautiful decor. The entire home was spotless, beds were super comfortable and the check-in process was quick. I thought them having coffee pods and creamers, along with a few waters in the fridge was a great idea! We got in a little late and was happy that we could order out and food shop in the morning without skipping our coffee. The kitchen had brand new pots and pans, as well with new dishes, cups etc.. if I only had a couple recommendations it would be to get more coffee cups the house sleeps eight but there was only five coffee cups so we had to wash what we drink out of for the next couple of people waking up. Also there was no washcloths when we got there but plenty of nice fluffy towels, we actually went out and bought a few washcloths but it was no big deal. Other than that we would definitely stay in this property again and we plan on it! It was very easy put in our boat in at the public boat dock and Drive-In the boat over to the home. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay 🤗
