We have been coming to Cedar Key several times a year since 2015. Itâs a wonderful place to relax. A202 was just as expected, a very comfortable and clean place to stay. Very convenient to everything on the island. We definitely recommend it.
Beautiful place loved the peacefulness being on the backside of the golf yet just seconds away from the beach and the downtown area horseshoe crabs came to shore to mate the night before we left that was pretty cool to see
Great 2nd story over looking the back marshes- beautiful!! Great condo came with everything we needed and more. It was decorated to reflect the area and was perfect!! Will go back again!! Everything was within walking distance had a great time!!
Our stay at this property was awesome! The condo was spotless and nature view was perfect for a couple of serious birders. Kitchen extremely well-stocked, complete with spice cabinet. Only suggestion I have is the high top table/chairs on back porch is getting slightly rusted, which I was looking forward to sitting in but, decided against it. Two other chairs and table set were adequate and comfy.
It would be helpful if info was given about season of no seems. I have had to go to Urgent Care. One person's review thought your rug had fleas. I knew better but by then I was covered. Not everyone knows what they are.
Extremely well appointed. Great views out the back balcony. Beachy color palate was adorable. Comfortable furniture that hubby and I didnât have to fight over! Kitchen well equipped and so clean! The condo is walkable to everything, so once we arrived, the car stayed parked. Rented a golf cart to venture out to see the rest of the key. Stumbled in to a cute little place that had live music. Such a nice surprise for us. Everyone was so polite and welcoming.
The condo complex is very noisy. It seems like the walls are made of paper! Every night we moistened to the next door neighborâs TV shows at full blast. When I called the property manager, he said they couldnât help me because they didnât manage the other condo!
The owner likes her dog and there were fleas in a bedroom throw-rug and in the living room carpet. I spent lots of time scratching!
I should also mention that there were no comfortable chairs in the entire place!
We stayed with Nature's Landing. We had a little issue with the door code so they gave us a key to the room. Problem solved. The condo was very nice and clean.
Great location! Just a block away from the marina and park. The condo was clean and comfortable just as advertised. The perfect getaway for our anniversary. I would most certainly recommend!
Great experience! The host was very hospitable. Our little family loved relaxing at the room when we weren't venturing the island. Highly recommend this clean, quiet location with pool and hot tub. The bed in the master bedroom along with the pullout bed from the couch were both very comfortable. All of the amenities were a nice touch as well. The condo was perfect for our 2 year old son and didn't have tons of little knick knacks for us to worry about him getting into. The simplicity and comfort was top notch and we hope to be visiting again in the future.
This condo and its location are fantastic--the perfect place to escape and relax. Loved everything about the condo, especially sitting on the balcony watching all the wildlife around the mangroves. Everything was within a short walk. I hated to leave and am looking forward to returning soon!
INCOMMUNICADO In 2014 we took an unplanned detour while on our way to the Tampa area and the rest is history. Ken turned and I asked, âwhere are we going?â and his reply, âsomewhere I heard about in a song.ââTravis McGee is still in Cedar Key, thatâs what olâ John MacDonald said.â Jimmy Buffetâs song INCOMMUNICADO. My husband, Kenn, is a Parrot Head and avid reader. There was the road sign, Cedar Key to the left. So, left we went. That left became our oh so right. It was a dreary, rainy day on October 31, 2014. Absolutely nothing stood out to make anyone say, this is paradise, except a feeling. Driving across the Number 4 Bridge felt like leaving the world and all the stress and problems of life behind. In front of us was a feeling of peace and beauty that not everyone would understand. I fell in love without even realizing I had. This was the first of many trips we have made to Cedar Key. This is where we honeymooned and is a part of our soul and who we are. It feels like home to us. For several years we discussed the possibility of purchasing our own little piece of paradise. On December 11, 2020, that discussion became reality with the purchase of Natureâs Landing, A202. Because we are not in a place to retire just yet, we bought a place that we could use when we visit but could also share with others by renting it when we are not using A202. The art on the walls is by artists that we came across at the Arts Festival in Cedar Key, one of our favorite times to visit. If it is not by an artist from the Arts Festival, then it is by a local artist or in the case of photography, a photo either Kenn or I took. The âPalm Sunday Sunriseâ is a photo I took just on the east side of Cedar Cove. That is our Cedar Key story. We hope that you will experience and feel some of the magic of Cedar Key while you are here. Kenn and I have tried to make âINCOMMUNICADOâ a place where you can come in, relax and feel at home.
