Cozumel beach house has a beach and private pier that makes for easy access for snorkeling, scuba diving or relaxing at the beach / pool. Our exclusive gated community, with 24-hour security, allows for easy access to town but is far enough from the hustle and bustle of San Miguel de Cozumel to be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the southern hotel zone.
This chic, open concept villa has high ceilings and windows throughout allowing plenty of natural light and is decorated in coastal décor. Surrounded by the crystal blue Caribbean water and the tropical jungle, this luxurious three bedroom, three bath, 2400 square foot beachfront villa has plenty of space. Spend your days in paradise relaxing on the full-length private porch or the infinity pool and beach only steps away.
This 2400 square foot single story luxury beach villa which sleeps up to 10 guests, has plenty of space with 3 oversized bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, and walk-in showers. The master bedroom and living room each have sliding doors with access to the full-length porch where you can enjoy your coffee, wine, cocktail, or cigar. Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious food and drinks during your stay. As an extra perk we even provide coffee, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, for our guests.
Other amenities include mini-split a/c units individually controlled in each room, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, ceiling fans throughout, gated access with 24-hour security, free parking, Amazon echo stereo, and Netflix / Amazon Prime Video TV.

Amazing

The property was amazing. The home is very spacious and decorated perfectly for the island. It has every amenity that you would ever need. The surrounding property is gorgeous. The beach, pool, and dock were great for our family to relax, unwind, and get picked up by our dive master. We loved the entire stay!!! Thank you for providing this as a rental.

Very nice place. Spacious and very comfortable, well-supplied with beach towels, pool and beach toys, sunscreen and bath supplies. The filtered water throughout the house is a definite plus. Steps to the pool,beach and pier to be picked up for diving - hard to beat. Communication before the visit was fine, and the property manager was readily available to assist with reservations,etc, during our stay. Costa del Sol is a very nice community, but is away from town so a car is very helpful since taxis,although available,get expensive.This was not our first stay in this house, and we'll certainly return.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Everything about this beach house was an absolute dream, and we are already scheming on how to get back to it. The house is in a gated community a little more off the beaten path in Cozumel, about 15-20 minutes south of San Miguel town center. There is ample parking (covered and other), and you are immediately greeted by security in a covered palapa, who can assist with luggage, taxi calls, and other questions. The beach house itself is just steps away from an AMAZING infinity pool and pier that juts out into the ocean water. Our three kids (tween/teens) loved snorkeling right off the pier - they saw plenty of tropical fish and one nice barracuda. The house itself was stocked with just about everything you could possibly need - towels, snorkeling gear, sand toys, sunscreen, bug spray, laundry detergent, kitchen spices, tea/coffee, even a "take some/leave some" alcohol cabinet! Everyone was in awe with how spacious the house was laid out, and our teenager was especially pleased to have her own room that was "decorated exactly how she would decorate her dream beach house." (High praise, indeed!) Shannon (owner/manager) helped us with any questions we had and set us up with the most amazing snorkeling excursion we could have asked for. Be sure to ask her to hook you up with Clemente - he not only takes you out to the best snorkeling sites, but he makes a darn good ceviche/pico/guacamole while you are out there. Our only complaint? Having to leave!

Family Vacation

The property is amazing! The property is amazing! We were very fortunate to have met the owner, Shannon, upon our arrival. She helped us get into the home and was very welcoming. The home is as advertised. Very well decorated, very spacious, very clean, had every appliance, including washer and dryer, and accessory (ice maker) you could possibly need, mini split a/c in every room, lots of spices, coffee…etc…wonderful. The home is just steps from the pool and beach. The grounds keepers are constantly working around the already beautiful property and we saw them cleaning and skimming the pool daily. Because we’ve been to the island before we never had to contact or speak to the property manager, Alex, but he was attentive to our requests prior to arrival. He recommended a chef, Gaby, who came in and cooked the most amazing meals several nights during our stay. Definitely will use her again!! The pier on the property was a plus and we booked several trips where the boat was able to pick us up the pier. We’re regulars to island and hope to definitely book this home again. Everything was perfect!!

We are Dory and Jeffe’ aka Shannon (Scubashannon) and Jeff. We share a passion for scuba diving, travel, Rotary service, wine and connecting with others.

Our home is in Pflugerville, Texas where Jeff owns and operates an insurance agency and Dory (Shannon) is a Scuba Instructor and skincare consultant. We have three children and two grandchildren in which all three children and son in law are certified divers and our grandkids are destined to be the same. We are active members in our local Rotary Club (Rotary International) due to the fact that we both have a passion to serve others and to do our part to advance goodwill and peace around the world.

A typical weekend at “Casa ColeClan” (our Pflugerville home) involves gardening, hanging out on the back patio with our children, grandchildren or a group of friends.

After years of diving and traveling the Caribbean in search of our favorite location, we returned to our first love... Cozumel. Crystal clear water, wonderful people and the tranquil and slow paced island life, Cozumel is the perfect spot to enjoy the sun, the ocean breezes and let your cares melt away.

Our sincere desire is to take our dream of acquiring a Caribbean vacation home and share it with others in order to help make them make lasting memories with their families and friends. We hope you love We’ve Gone Coastal Cozumel Beach Villa as much as we do.
