Summary:
This 1-bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo (with a king bed!) and full bathroom is perfect for a couple or a small family. Freshly renovated in September 2023 with new paint, furniture, and kitchen updates. Walk or ski to the SnowPine and Sunrise lifts at Holiday Valley, just a few miles from town. An hourly shuttle can take you to the main lodge. Enjoy easy access to mountain biking and hiking trails in the summer. Includes parking, a gas fireplace, high-speed internet, Roku TV, and access to shared laundry. Simple, keyless check-in.
The Space:
This cozy, minimalist space is ideal for a couple looking to enjoy a getaway in Ellicottville. Warm up by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes!
The condo is located on the ground floor of the building, but please note that the building itself is situated on a ski hillâso there are stairs down from the parking lot to the building entrance, and an additional set of stairs down to reach the unit.
The bedroom features a spacious layout with a brand-new king bed. The kitchen includes both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, along with all essential cookware and utensils. The living area has a sofa with a full-size pull-out bed for extra sleeping space. The eat-in kitchen table can be used for dining or as a workstation. An outdoor patio offers access to a charcoal grill and picnic table (available during the warmer months). You can ski directly from the patio to the SnowPine lift.
Laundry is located in the hallway and is shared with other units in the building. This unit does NOT have A/C.
The unit overlooks the Double Black Diamond Golf Course, and guests have access to newly renovated tennis and pickleball courts in the development.

You will check yourself in and out. I am available via messaging. I try to respond as soon as possible, however, any message after 8pm may not be seen until the next morning.
