Walk across to the gorgeous white sand beach to shell, swim, sunbathe, make sandcastles, or stroll along the miles of beautiful Bonita Beach shore! Also, just steps away, you can enjoy delicious food at Docâs Beach House, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with great music surrounding the outdoor seating area! Water sports like paddleboarding, kayaking, parasailing, and jet skiing are popular activities, and equipment rentals are available right at the beach!
Our studio condo is on the 8th floor of Building 3, Unit 3801, overlooking the beautiful mangrove forests and bays, with a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico! It is quiet and away from traffic. The kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops. Itâs also fully equipped with everything needed to make meal preparation and dining simple and enjoyable. The bathroom vanity has also been updated. A sleeping arrangement for four is provided, which includes a very comfortable king-size bed and a hotel-style queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a 50" TV (Xfinity/Comcast cable with many channels), high-speed WiFi, and guest parking. The condo is well-appointed with everything needed for your stay, such as cookware, dishes, linens, a coffee maker, a blender, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. There are beach chairs and a cooler for a fun beach day!
On-site, there are professional tennis courts, two large heated pools, spas, a bocce ball court, shuffleboard, a basketball court, a pickleball court, gas grills for fun cookouts, and a Hawaiian-style restaurant in Building 1 serving delicious breakfast and lunchâtry sitting in the tiki area for tons of fun! There are credit-card-operated laundry facilities on the ground floor. In the lobby, there are many types of games available to enjoy with friends and family!

- There will be a simple 1-page standard vacation property rental agreement to e-sign after booking, which recaps the house rules stated on the Vrbo site.
- Check yourself in using the keypad access code, which will be provided along with a welcome guide 12 days before check-in.
- To help you settle in, basic starter items are provided: paper towels, a trash bag, toilet paper, a bar of soap, dishwasher soap, and detergent.
- The WiFi passcode will be in the welcome guide as well as in the Vrbo guest app.
- Self check-in with keypad; check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Storage for beach equipment (two beach chairs, a stroller, a wheeled cooler, etc.) is located in Building 2, inside the bike storage room labeled #3801. Keys to open the bike room and the storage lock are hanging on the wall next to the entrance of the condo unit. Please return them after use.
- No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the balcony.
- No excessive noise is allowed (per city ordinance). Please keep loud noise on the balcony to a minimum after 10 PM.

- Upon reserving a 25% initial deposit is due. Then 30 days prior to arrival the balance is due.
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, 50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in, no refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

We discovered Bonita Beach & Tennis Club in 2020 by chance, and we loved it so much that we purchased a beach-front condo during that first visit.
We have two kids who are our best friends. Both have graduated from college and are now pursuing higher education. We have been empty nesters for quite a few years now and look forward to every opportunity to see our kids and their loved ones as much as we can!

We fell in love with the areaâthe beaches, restaurants with delicious food, water sports activities, and more! A short drive along Hickory Blvd toward Estero Blvd will take you to the true beauty of Lovers Key State Park, where you can experience amazing wildlife along the waterway and mangrove forests.
