The cabin was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the room layout worked well for our family. TJ was very responsive with questions and left us ingredients to make s'mores, which was a nice treat! The cabin has boat access to the lake through a channel. I'm guessing you would have to go to a beach area if you wanted to swim or float though.

Excellent place if you're looking for a Mille Lacs getaway with a large group. Tons of on-property amenities, mostly level walkout to a private dock, fantastic firepit and cabana (large table to socialize.) We had 6 people from ages 14-76, and all of us loved it! TJ is an excellent host, very good communicator and can help with anything you need. Highly recommended, book it now before it fills up!

I would give this a 20 star rating if I could! We had three families: six adults and four kids under six. Plenty of room inside and shaded outside to enjoy our time there. We had the hottest days of the year so far at 95 plus! We were so thankful for AC in the bedrooms! And because we had a welcome basket with s’more makings, we had a bonfire when the temp dropped to 92 TJ was so helpful in answering all my questions before and after we arrived. We brought our pontoon and fishing boat so did lots of swimming and fishing. Plenty of room for both on the dock. We also brought a water table for the kids which they enjoyed in the large shaded yard. Everything you need is provided—just bring your toothbrush and have fun! Thanks for a memorable vacation TJ!

Thank you so much for the incredible review! We’re truly grateful that you chose our cabin for your family vacation, and your “20-star rating” comment absolutely made our day! It sounds like your three families made the most of the property, from swimming and fishing to relaxing in the large shaded yard and enjoying some well-earned time around the bonfire. We’re especially glad the air conditioning helped during those hot 95° days, and that the welcome basket s’mores provided a little extra motivation to enjoy a fire once the temperatures finally dropped! We also really appreciate your kind words about our communication. We want our guests to feel comfortable reaching out with questions before and during their stay, so that means a lot to us. Thank you again for staying with us and for making so many great memories at the cabin. We’re grateful to have been a small part of your vacation and would love to welcome all three families back again
