Lovely, comfortable property

We stayed the month of January 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home. It is beautifully furnished, clean, has everything you need in the kitchen. We were there for the historic blizzard and snowfall - it was magical!

Relaxing and Wonderful view

The property was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful view of the beach. I could not have asked for a better family getaway with my grown up girls. We will go back and hopefully stay at Spanish Key 209 again.

Great time at Spanish Key

My wife and I stayed with our two young kids in this condo. It was clean and nicely updated. The location was perfect for ice cream with the kids, beach access and food/drinks at the Florabama. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Condo

My family really enjoyed this condo and all of the amenities including sauna, heated indoor pool and hot tub! It was beautifully decorated and the perfect location. We walked to Flora-Bama which was so much fun! I definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again!

Updated and very clean Condo at Spanish Key

We've been renting or staying with friends at the Spanish Key for over 15 years, and this is one of the cleanest and most updated units we have experienced. The property management communicated well and made check-in a breeze.

Same management company keeps telling me they sent the contract to sign, but I have to keep emailing or calling for the contract to be sent.

Unit clean... except tile floors, which could have been cleaner. Also fewer poolside furniture, not enough for size of project. Otherwise project in good shape and our stay was great!

Great property and location

I liked the communication by text though on check out day the cleaning staff showed up prior to check out and essentially rushed us to leave asking "when will you be out?" and waiting by the door while we packed up. The property was great and we will stay here again.

Beautiful condo with a great ocean view

A beautiful condo with a great ocean view. The property manager promptly addressed our arrival concerns which was a minor screen door report and was very responsive throughout the week. The condo and building were very clean. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. We were able to walk to lunch and dinner. We will definitely rent again. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend to friends.
