Great location - but some minor issues in condo
Excellent location located between 2 public access point so this section of the beach wasn't crowded when 100 yards in either direction was very crowded.
The management company (Sunspot realty) was a pleasure to work with - excellent customer service and just so pleasant to work with. We loved the check-in time of 2:00 - allows you to beat the 4:00 rush. While I generally don't like having to go somewhere to pick up keys, they were so pleasant to deal with and only a few minutes away it didn't bother me.
We enjoyed our stay but would point out a few items that could have been better:
1. The porch was covered in sand - there were mats there to collect and don't think they had been cleaned in a long time. I spent 15 minutes or so cleaning up - no big deal and not worth asking someone to come clean, but the porch was definitely not cleaned.
2. The louvered doors to the laundry were off and propped up against a wall in the living room.
3. While there was a new large 4K TV (65"), there is no HD - just standard definition. Didn't even know you could get non HD service.
4. The kitchen was poorly stocked - lacking decent spatulas and pans.
5. The master bath cabinet was broken and should be addressed.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and if the items above were addressed it would be rated much higher.
