The home was clean and everything was updated. Location was nice and easy to get to the Disney parks. Only complaint is that the gate code to get into the development changed while we were staying and we werenât updated on that. However the gate worker was able to assist us. Even with the slight hiccup, we would definitely stay here again!
Very comfortable unit. Well designed /decorated for conversations and sharing meals. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing all meals. We had breakfasts and dinners there, and enjoyed the seating area for sharing a glass of wine while catching the news. Air conditioning works very well!
We enjoyed our stay. It was a very simple drive back and forth to Disney. The only thing I wish I knew was that there wasnât any coffee or filters. They were very clear about everything else.
My family travels to this area often for quick Disney trips. We like the Regal Oaks neighborhood for its easy proximity to the parks with a car. This is the best unit we've had out of about 4 rentals here. The property was immaculately cleaned and decorated well. Mattresses and bedding were of quality. Loved the dark shades! Location was quiet with easy access to all Disney parks...no more than 15 mins, avoiding I-4. Aldi was 6 minutes away. Host responded promptly and professionally. As usual, bring everything as far as supplies...including your own coffee and filters. We did appreciate a Keurig. No shampoo, conditioner, laundry supplies, or bath soap, so just come prepared and you'll be fine. Community pool is great and within easy walk. Would definitely stay here again!
The home was exactly as shown in the pictures. Iâm guessing it must have been updated since some of the other reviews on here because everything appeared brand new. The furniture was new and comfortable. Walls freshly painted. Carpets plush. Absolutely loved the master bath. Fantastic shower. We are planning on redoing our master bath at home and I want a shower just like this one! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels with extras in the closet. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Unlike most places I have rented they must clear out everything from previous renters in the kitchen. There were no salt and pepper shakers or coffee filters left behind. Thoughtful touches such as hooks in the entry area to help keep ourselves organized. The large outdoor space has morning shade so we had coffee out there pretty much every morning. We had storms every afternoon so never got to hang out at the pool but it was a great space with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool bar. Note that they had signs up saying you could not BYOB (no coolers allowed) since they have a restaurant and bar. We used the gym in the club house several times. It was not huge but well equipped and not crowded when we were there. The location is super convenient for getting to any of the Disney parks. Getting to Universal would be about 25 minutes with typical traffic. Publix grocery store only a few minutes away. Would definitely stay there again!
Pros: Check in was easy, neighborhood is gated, great outdoor area and close to Disney World
Cons:
There so many things on this property that needed maintenance and some updates. The handles on both of the upstair toilets were loose and hard to flush. The bathtub in the master bathroom was clogged. Some of the door knobs didnât work properly so my poor kids were stuck in their room bc you had to pull the lever up to open the door. The TVs in the rooms had no cable or access to any streaming services. Carpet is old and matted down. The bedsheets, pillows and blanket in the master bedroom were horrible quality and uncomfortable. Had the worse sleep ever!
All in all I would not rent at this property again. Not worth the money.
Great location but can use some updates
We found cockroaches in the bathroom sink
We killed a lot of spiders in the house
The walls and carpet very dirty and needs a new update for the price we were paying
