Downstairs: A cozy bedroom with a queen bed, 32" LED TV, closet, and private bathroom access—perfect for those avoiding stairs. The living room offers a 47" smart TV for relaxation, and the fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, and dinnerware for your culinary needs.

Upstairs: The Master Suite features a King bed, 32" smart TV, private bathroom, and balcony. The third bedroom, ideal for families, has four twin bunk beds, a 32" LED TV, a closet, and a shared bathroom. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on this floor.

Amenities: Complimentary Wi-Fi, towels, linens, starter essentials, and driveway parking for up to three cars. Resort perks include pools, a lazy river, a water slide, a spa, a gym, kids' arcade, and dining options.

Fees: a non-refundable cleaning fee of $247 and a non-refundable pet fee of $175 which covers up to a maximum of 2 pets. Cats are not allowed. A $22.40/day resort fee is paid directly to the resort upon check-in. Long stays (20+ days) may incur additional cleaning fees.

Great vacation

The property was exactly as listed. Very well furnished except the downstairs bedroom needs a bureau! VRBO had a huge issue with letting us try to book again for next year. It took one month for us and the owner constantly contacting them to unblock dates that should not have been blocked. All set not though.

Amazing stay

We booked this locations months ago hoping it would be exactly what we expected. Unfortunately it surpassed our expectations It was just what we needed. The home was perfect for our family of 5 and enjoyed every moment. Communication with the owner was great from the beginning and throughout the stay. Location was great because it allowed our teens to wake up later and join us at the pool. The gated community offered us peace of mind. The entire resort is clean and the staff is professional. The home is well located and close to all the attractions. I highly recommend you look into this location if you plan on staying in Orlando or at least near the parks Thank you again Mrs. McCray for everything.

Responsive owner, thought it was closer to parks

Owner was very responsive. Unit was very clean and had what you need. Front desk was helpful and nice. The parks took longer to get there than expected (over 30 mins to Disney; over 45 mins to Universal). If you don’t mind a longer drive, this was a good townhouse. I would probably stay closer next time.

Great stay for families heading to Disney!

We priced out and almost paid for our family to stay in a Disney hotel on the park. Due to our family size (6) we were going to have to get a suit and the price was quite high. We decided to check VRBO and found this gem of a condo and ended up saving $5000.00!!! compared to 9 days in a hotel in the park. Not to mention the pool, ice cream shop and other amenities this condo offers!

Great place for the family!

We had a great experience at Regal Palms! The pool was busy but that was to be expected over spring break. It was well cared for and the amenities were exactly as described. The spa was very nice and clean too! The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable, high quality bedding which always makes a difference to me. It was a bit far to drive to universal and sea world but it was worth it. We hope to come back!

Good stay

Property was nice. Downstairs bathroom door needs some adjusting for better privacy. Pool area is very nice. Condo area was very quite and felt very safe. Overall a great experience. Great to have so much space, washer and dryer with a full kitchen.

Had everything we needed but was still disappointed.

Was a bit disappointed at the overall price for what we got for the length of our stay. We chose the place for the price but with all of the fees it turned out to be more than double what it was advertised as. The floors weren’t spotless and the filter for the vent didn’t fit (wasn’t the right filter for the unit). This was a concern because we have issues with allergies. It’s overall nice and had what we needed and the right about of space but again, compared to what we’ve experienced in the past with home rentals, it didn’t seem to match the price. I was also turned off by the early (10am) checkout and not being given the flexibility to check out a little later as I’ve been allowed to do in other places. It was also not as close to some of the attractions as I had been led to believe by the listening. It should at least update the times to attractions so people know exactly what they are getting since the address isn’t disclosed until after it’s been booked.

Wonderful Vacation House!

When we first arrived to the house, we notice how clean it was! I also loved that they had starter home basic supplies to use during our stay. The master bed was very comfy! The resort amenities was a plus to the vacation house since the kids enjoyed being in the resort pool and the lazy River. The host manager was always so attentive to my questions and needs that I had from the beginning of the booking to the end. She answered all my questions in a very prompt manner. I will definitely look into staying again in the future. Thank you!

Close to everything

Check in was quick and easy. Townhouse was clean, roomy beds were nice and comfy. The neighbor hood was quiet and well maintained. The pool and amenities at the clubhouse were better then what was listed. 10 minutes to Disney. Property manager was very helpful and stayed in constant contact. Would recommend to anyone planning on going to theme parks or just to relax
