This spacious condo features two bedrooms one with king size bed and other with a queen bed. Branson Stay

This is a great condo! We loved the condo, it provided everything we needed and featured stunning views. The only thing I would say is that furniture in the main living area could be updated.

Beautiful area!

Loved the area and views. Saw deer off our deck several days. Unit was was accurately described. Clean, nice amenities. Close to activities but still in a quiet peaceful setting. Just a note - if there are folks in the upper unit, you can hear them moving around but it wouldn’t stop us from booking again.

Accurate Listing

Nice property. No surprises. Property was clean and had a great view. Wish showers were a little larger but that would not keep us from coming back. We would stay here again. Would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Very nice place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic view of both the valley, lake, and (for me) most importantly the park!Tried to write down a few small issues that should be addressed soon to upkeep this rental, but if Im ever visiting SDC again, this is definitely the place I'd choose!

But steep cleaning and admin fees and multiple reminders of $100 add-on charges if we forgot to start dishwasher or take out the trash.

Unit could have been cleaned better. Dusty vent cover, some mold in front bathroom shower and balcony had cigarette butts on it. Coffee maker took forever to make 5 cups of coffee so we went to Walmart and bought one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing view, especially for Fall color and lake view. The condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the large deck. Location was convenient to all of Branson restaurants, shows and shopping. Definitely would choose booking with Sunset again. Recommend White River Fish House and Paula Deen Family Restaurant.

Great experience!

Overall we had a great experience! Check in was great, and easy to do. We travelled with a 9,9 & 5 yr old and it was seamless. House was clean and ready to be stayed in. There did seem to be some maybe water damage in the master bedroom window that was visible from inside. We are silver dollar city season pass holders and the close location made it really easy to come and go from the park, but it was also a reasonable drive to some of the local hot spots for food. Overall we would stay here again and were very happy with the experience.

View from back porch was a valley with beautiful trees, limited view of lake and Silver Dollar City Roller Coaster in the distance. Condo had plenty of room except 2nd shower was extra small.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is a walk-in level condo which we REALLY appreciate. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Like with any property, there are some maintenance items which I would address, but nothing which hindered our stay. The community pool was nice and had an AMAZING sunset view! I/We would definitely stay here again!

Extended weekend

Great spot. We have stayed here a number of times. Everything is wonderful. It was a very busy weekend with a lot of families ( which is awesome ). No ones fault other than contruction I guess, but it sounds like the people above are coming through the floor! Not their fault as they have young kids who are excited to be on vacation and have no idea it is that loud below. Seems like normal walking can be heard. All good! We will be back!

Family fun get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was very clean and nice. Beautiful view from back deck!! I received a call from Sunset Realty rep the morning we were to arrive. The reservation process was very professional with emails along the way for confirmation and detailed instructions. This is on the main level no stairs. I could hear people walking above but that’s normal and it was by not bad. So close to Silver Dollar City which was nice as this was one of our destinations planned for the trip. Pool was closed (which is nothing against Sunset Realty at all) but opened back up and we were able to enjoy more than once. I would stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the condo was very nice. We have stayed at the Cliffs before, right next to Silver Dollar City which we frequent. For the most part, the condo was clean although there were a few dishes in the cabinets that were not completely clean. The hassle was the management company. The rent was not out of line for the condo, but then there was a service fee of $300. Unfortunately, I booked too late or I would have looked elsewhere. Then I received a three page rental agreement, which I have never had before anywhere I stayed. Then over the next couple weeks, I received a dozen emails with various instructions or promotions. Then there was the threats of various charges. If you don't empty the trash, it's a $100 fine. If you don't do the dishes, it's a $100 fine. If you don't do this or that, it's a $100 fine. And don't contact us on off-hours unless it's an absolute emergency, or it's a $100 fine. Whether all these policies were the management company or the owner, but I would look elsewhere.

Branson vacation experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for all entertainment, beautiful location and the view from our deck was wonderful. I did notice in the living room large stain on the ceiling and could use some work and repainted. I think the refrigerators ice dispenser was driving slightly and overflowing and was getting the floor wet. I noticed when we got ready to leave. Overall what a wonderful experience and stay. Thank yous!!

Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and spacious for a two bedroom, patio has a nice view of lake and two chairs to use for relaxing patio time, only issue was the coffee maker, it's a small 5 cup and took almost an hour to brew and very loud, that was the only negative part but overall the condo is wonderful and we'd definitely stay there again!
