Dolphin Watch 6 is a second floor, corner oceanfront condo with panoramic views of the beach, ocean, and the Tybee Pier. Situated on the south end of Tybee Island, just steps to the beach, enjoy pristine views of Tybee's main beach and be within walking distance to many island restaurants, shops, and the Tybee Pier and Pavilion. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony! This is a prime spot to be in during holidays and events that take place at the Pier. The living area for the condo features an incredible view of the ocean through the sliding doors. Watch the sunrise and enjoy the view from the comfort of the living area that has a sleeper sofa and a large wall-mounted TV. Take in the view from wherever you are in the open floor plan with a dining table for 6, a fully equipped kitchen with additional seating for 4 at the bar. Located just off the hall is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV and has access to the balcony. You can even catch that amazing view from bed! The attached master bathroom has dual vanity sinks, a large walk-in closet, and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are located off the entry hall and share the 2nd full bath which has a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a twin bed with a trundle, to sleep up to 2 guests. This luxury condo is the perfect setting from which to enjoy a Tybee Island vacation. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 covered, reserved parking spaces in the garage for regular size vehicles. Note: This condo building is located just across the street from the public beach parking lot.
