Are you looking for some of the best views in Sedona? Well, your search ends here. Welcome to one of Sedona's premier Vacation Rental homes with unparalleled Red Rocks views. This estate is within walking distance of tons of great activities - numerous hiking trails, world class shopping and dining, the local airport, and much, much more. When you're not out enjoying the vibrant city, this is the perfect place to relax and take in one of Sedona's true wonders - the expansive views of the Red Rock.

The large deck with natural gas fire pit and tons of outdoor seating is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Enjoy the natural desert habitat surrounding the home and its inhabitants visiting nearby; groups of deer, western blue birds, or packs of javelina. The lower backyard space is perfect for evening chats around the firepit with a nice bottle of wine (or two!).

The interior of this property was designed with relaxation and comfort in mind. There is ample amounts of seating to take in the panoramic views from any where in the home. Comfort is important while on vacation, so quality sleeping arrangements and comfortable bedding was top-of-mind when creating the experience this home represents.

BEDROOM LAYOUT:

Master bedroom - Spacious upper-level primary bedroom boasts ample space that includes a king-sized bed, a colorful and cozy reading room, and private ensuite bathroom. The oversized bathroom includes a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, a massage room with 2 massage tables, and lastly an outdoor shower. Feels like your very own spa!

Bedroom 2 - situated on the upper level, this room includes a king-sized bed, comfortable reading chair, and a desk area. Located just steps away from the 2nd full bathroom.

Bedroom 3 - also located on upper level, this generous bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, a work desk, and attached laundry set-up for your quick laundry needs. Located close to the 2nd full bathroom.

Bedroom 4 - lower-level bedroom includes another king bed, luxury cotton bedding, and private workspace. Easy access to the 3rd full bathroom downstairs.

Bedroom 5 - lower-level bedroom complete with one queen bed, one twin bed. Located next to the 3rd full bathroom.

This property was excellent for a group of 10 women. Great hot tub. Comfortable beds. The views from within the house are better than what the pictures even show. Excellent stay.

Sanctuary

This stay in Sedona and your home is exactly what this family needed. We woke to the amazing grandeur of the mountains with the stunning view from all the windows and ended our days with the same spectacular views. The home was lacking in nothing! We really appreciated how centrally located it was .

This place is a gem!!!

The location is perfect and the views are spectacular from the house. You get to see sunrises and sunsets from the deck. House is exactly as described. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked w equipment and even some spices and coffee. Will be back!!

Beautiful house with outstanding views, spacious rooms with quality linens and bath products. The fire pits were wonderful for evenings with family. Beautifully maintained and landscaped. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay!

We visit Sedona for the red rock views, hiking, and visits with family and friends. This home provides terrific 180-degree views of Sedona's beautiful red rock. This home sits on the edge of the west side of Sedona, off of Airport Rd, in a cozy and quiet neighborhood approaching Airport Mesa, with 89A below. It is a great location for groceries, dining, and airport mesa hikes. It is near the airport, with occasional planes landing and taking off overhead.The home's interior is as the photos show: beautiful wood beam ceilings and soft colors that do not distract from the amazing views. Comfortable bedding and spacious baths. Easy booking and communication. We would definitely stay again.

House was better than pictures online. Great inside and outside fireplaces. Hot tub was clean and hot. Neighbor issue mentioned was not an issue at all.

Beautiful views!

Beautiful views from this house in Sedona! Lovely outdoor areas and a large living room. Could use some stemmed wine glasses, more throw blankets, a rug pad under the living room rug because it is VERY slippery (one of us slipped and fell hard on the floor), and a new Keurig bc it was broken. But overall a very nice place to stay!

Amazing Stay

We stayed at this property over the Christmas holiday. There were 8 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the house. It is beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The spa was a nice end to the day. We watched a 10-point buck bring his family just outside the backyard to graze each day. My only complaint would be that the television is too old to live stream football games. We would stay here again.

Exactly as described. Location was great. Views were amazing. The neighbor that was mentioned a few times by other reviews was not an issue (we were not a loud group).

Gorgeous home with breathtaking desert views

This home is spectacular. It has 3 bedrooms on top floor, where you also have a spacious kitchen, living room and dining room. The views from this floor are a dream - unobstructed views of Sedona. Down below are 2 more smaller bedrooms, no views, but perfect for children. Great home for a family group to come enjoy Sedona. Also very central. Highly recommend.

Everything I had expected.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything that I expected. Description and reviews were very accurate right down to the disgruntled neighbor who doesn't like short-term rentals. It was a little awkward but understanding his reasons we were able to overlook the hanging tarps, signs, bright motion activated light pointed at or driveway and the loud obscene music motion activated to play to try to deter renters.

Beautiful property

Close to everything we wanted to do and explore. Beautiful property. Some thoughts on the kitchen: We would have appreciated at least one larger pot and/or sauté pan. Cooking for a crowd with what was provided was doable, but challenging. Also, a grater seems like a basic kitchen tool - we had to buy one. The wall microwave doesn’t work. Save yourself the frustration and use the countertop one in the corner. There is a toaster that works and a toaster that doesn’t.

4.75 stars. Spectacular location, but missing a few details

The house is amazing and the location is unbeatable, but a few small details are keeping it from being perfect. Toilet paper holder in master bath is broken, toaster didn't work, no placemats/napkins, no tissues in bathrooms etc. We would stay again because the views from the house are unbeatable.

Great property but communication could have been better

I sent two messages to the property manager did not get an answer until we were checked in. The answers didn’t help us by the time we arrived. It was too late. The slider glass door by the living room also does not lock. We were for women staying there and did not feel safe. The refrigerator was also just recently turned on and was still not at a cold temperature by the time we arrived. The property location is gorgeous. Postcard perfect. The next door neighbor has signs showing their displeasure about the home being rented. The home has 2 1/2 baths which is accurate in the description So the bathrooms must be shared. The fan/heater/a/c is extremely noisy in the downstairs bedrooms. So light sleepers beware but Like I said the location of the property is perfect and beautiful

Amazing Sedona Getaway!

We just checked out yesterday from *the best* girls weekend in Sedona! This house was perfect for our group of six - everyone had adequate space for sleeping, bathing and hanging out as a group! We spent most of our time in the kitchen, living room, dining room and on the patio.. the views were spectacular, not only from outside, but from most rooms in the house! The location of the house is perfect - minutes to Whole Foods, Local Juicery, several trailheads (walking distance to some!). Overall, we had a GREAT time and LOVED this property!

Bachelorette weekend

The house was perfect for the group of us. Having that outdoor shower was a surprise I dont remember seeing on the listing. Also wish I knew that it had a massage room because we could of coordinated a massage therapist for Saturday. The beds were all very comfortable, ample towles, kitchen was well stocked to cook on site (we only did for breakfast). There were however two negatives - NO speakers to plug into - they were built into the house but we were not able to plug into or use the TV or the speakers for music even inside the house. I'm aware your trying to keep the noise down but a group of 30 to 50-year-olds are not rowdy and would of loved to have music playing while getting ready, cooking breakfast or hanging out. I also urge you to buy decent toilet paper - that was the cheapest, worst toilet paper ever!

50th Bday weekend in Sedona

Overall the place is great. The views are amazing, the main living area is very comfortable. I would stay here again, just a few comments, the enormous luxury master bedroom/bath is the only bathroom on the main level with a shower so it has to be shared with 2 other bedrooms. This seems very strange for a house like this. The pots and pans are barely adequate. There was no large fry pan. For a house that sleeps 11, the kitchen should be set up to be able to easily cook for 11 people. We were only 8 and it was a bit of a struggle. The 3 trash cans by the garage were full upon arrival, so we didn't have a place to throw our trash away at the end of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Sedona Girls Trip

There were 7 of us who went to Sedona for a girls trip that included hiking, cooking, hanging out. The location of this house is excellent, near town, super close to Whole Foods and the view from this house is absolutely spectacular. The amenities at the house are really with a grill, hot tub and fire pit. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this property.
