Sanibel Condominiums is the perfect choice for your next vacation spot in Daytona Beach Shores. The Sanibel offers a beach lifestyle, incredible amenities, and is located in a quiet area within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Sanibel is located right on the divide between the traffic-free beach and the beach that allows vehicles. The no-drive beach begins directly next to Sanibel so guests can easily enjoy a no-drive beach just a couple of feet away! Included in your stay are all the wonderful amenities Sanibel has to offer including an oceanfront pool heated during the cooler months, a hot tub, spacious fitness center, gas grills, and a common room including a pool table and games.
Sanibel 606 offers keyless entry to the building and condo itself to make things even simpler for you on your vacation!
Feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you enter this NEWLY UPDATED and freshly furnished, ocean view condo. This bright and beachy open concept living area is filled with brand-new furnishings, a flat screen TV, and a fully stocked coffee, tea, and hot cocoa bar for you to enjoy from your private double balcony! The table has seating for 6 and the bar area provides extra seating for 3! The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you would need!
The gorgeous master suite hosts its own private balcony entrance, a king bed, and a flat-screen TV. It has also been updated with new colors and a âminiâ coffee bar area with a Keurig and mini fridge, perfect for larger groups. You can grab a drink and head out to the balcony without disturbing anyone! The adjoining master bathroom boasts a double granite vanity, Jacuzzi tub, private toilet closet, and walk-in shower.
The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a lovely view of the Halifax River below. The third bedroom has two full beds with a full bathroom located adjacent the two guest bedrooms.
Step onto the private, ocean view balcony and into paradise! The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom and hosts an outdoor dining set. The views of the ocean and river from the balcony area are stunning and you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and set over the river daily!
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. The parking garage clearance is 6'8".
