Greetings Erwin! You are an exceptional Primary Guest, with excellent communication skills! I would recommend you to any and all Hosts! Kindest Regards to the 3 couples! We are so happy to have served you and yours! Erwin, Your amazing Review of your stay is so very much appreciated by all members of Team Shimmering "Watas!" and Yes, "Watas" is closer to how us Jamaicans pronounce "Waters" colloquially and at the Villa! All of us sincerely loved serving you! You were perfect guests! Considerate and thoughtful! Chef Derlisha was so excited when you did not fancy eggs for breakfast. Saltfish fritters "Flitters" was a quickly improvised with cabbage. Chef Amera is best at baking. You chose to have real Jamaican food for meals, we call "Jamaica Mama Homestyle cooking." Miss Corretta and Kelvin and Sir Bryan tended to your pool. There are other service providers behind the scenes, but all of us work together as ONE. We hope you will visit us again! Thanks again Erwin and 3 couples! Ralph Owner and Your Host, Team "Shimmering Watas"

Dear Pia, Thank you wholeheartedly for your "Awesome" 5 Star Review of Shimmering Waters. We all appreciate your kind words and your wonderful family. You were absolutely "AWESOME" GUESTS!!! I hereby recommend you to all Hosts! When we envision ourselves as guests, there are 2 very important services that I like for my family, friends and certainly, for you our valued Guests. I introduced, for all inhouse guests, complementary floating breakfasts in your private pool or breakfast at our dining table if you choose. "Who likes to get up to a new beautiful day in a tropical country having to search for, but not finding, coffee or tea ", "no not me I thought", and by extension having to search for breakfast, far from one's pool. And after breakfast, why have to get dressed a second time, this time, in a bathing suit. Not unlike Pia, I like to do my own laundry! Time consuming, detracting for sightseeing, excursions, and maybe missing a beautiful sunset. I therefore introduced free laundry service, but not ironing. There is more about Shimmering Waters which may never be noticed or written about. It is behind the scenes our Team wanting to please, as quickly as possible! Kindest Regards, Ralph Owner and Your Host, and all the rest of us at Team Shimmering Waters.

Mario and his family were wonderful guests and a real pleasure to host! They are very nice people, respectful and considerate of staff and the Shimmering Waters property. I recommend them to any and all hosts. You will find that they are more like travelers than tourists, often out exploring.

Dear Maggie and friends and family, you were Absolutely Incredible Guests!!! All hosts: This is a lovely fun-loving bunch of guests to remember and welcome back. The true character of a person shines through when near impossible situations arise. Faith and Perseverance made Maggy overcome the chaos caused by the fire at Heathrow Airport, and somehow after a ceaselessly day long effort Maggie and guests were blessed to reschedule travel. Once they arrived it only got better! They were definately10/10 guests bubbling over with laughter and happiness the whole time. We all had a great time serving you, your friends and family Maggy. You were all so grateful and so polite and you took care of Shimmering Waters. We all LOVED serving you 10/10 Guests. Please come visit us again soon. Kindest Regards, Ralph and all of us at Team Shimmering Waters.
