This newly constructed, luxury 4-bedroom villa is nicely located in a luscious hilltop estate offering you a special experience by blending luxury with convenience and nature.

Villa Divina offers stunning panoramic views of both the ocean and the jungle. Some of the amenities it offers are the infinity pool, high-speed internet, a ping pong table, a fully equipped open air kitchen and living room, and 4 master bedrooms each with private bathrooms and closets. To not mention our favorite feature, a cozy outdoor rancho with a great BBQ grill, perfect to take a break from the sun while still enjoying breathtaking ocean views and those famous Costa Rican sunsets.

Villa Divina's location is also very special because you are away from the dust and noise of the town, while having the best possible views, and yet it’s only a 6 minutes drive from Santa Teresa’s famous surf beach, restaurants and fun.

Beautiful property with a small logistical quirk

The property and property manager were lovely from start to end. My guests and I were amazed by how beautiful the villa is and had a great long weekend here. The only tip I’d make is that the road up to the villa is quite treacherous, you definitely need a 4x4 vehicle and the construction workers who were working that weekend were not always the friendliest - but the property manager was always communicative and did everything she could do streamline things. Would love to stay here again, it’s especially great for a celebratory trip!

Birthday trip with my girlfriends

Raphaelle was amazing! She was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. The house cleaners came daily and they were the sweetest ladies. The only downfall I would say is the house is located high up on a hill. The road leading up is dirt and quite steep. You do need to rent quads to get around. If I was with small children I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you were not planning on leaving the house much. They did say they plan on paving the room soon and that would make it way easier to get up. Other than that I thought the stay was a dream. High recommend!

Spectacular sunsets

My family had a wonderful time at Villa Divina. The home is beautiful, the kitchen is state of the art, the pool and outside area are gorgeous. Incredible views and so relaxing. Great staff and manager. Loved it.

Beautiful!

Easy renting experience! The house manager got us everything we needed and more. The house is AMAZING!!! Loved loved loved the pool with the view of the ocean! Loved the bedrooms were all the same so no squabbles over who was getting the better one! Loved the individual outdoor shower and bathroom experience! And they arranged for massages and a personal chef and cake and champagne at the house - made our stay super easy! Loved it so much, we stayed an extra night! Pura Vida!!

Family vacation in villa Divina

We had such a fantastic family vacation in Villa Divina. The house is beautiful with a spectacular view. Giulia our concierge was fantastic and always responsive if we needed something. She booked all our activities from ATV tour to zip lining, private boat charter, and horseback riding. All of her recommendations were amazing and we created wonderful memories. None of us wanted to leave. We hope to be back in near future. Thank you to the whole team of villa Divina.

Divine Villa Divina

Never has a place been more aptly named. Everything here was divine—the weather, the infinity pool, the gorgeous open air layout, the daily maid service, the super comfy king- sized bed, etc. etc. We went with three other couples and we each had our own bed, bath and dressing area with ocean views. We ate IN using the fully equipped kitchen and OUT at the many fun restaurants in Santa Theresa, the beach town at the bottom of the hill. Truly a week in the lap of luxury. Highly recommend.

Divine Paradise in Paradise

My expectations were set on High when I saw the stunning photos of this luxurious mountaintop villa. When we arrived, Villa Divina did not disappoint. The expansive house was clean, airy with an inviting pool and jaw-dropping view... We relished the privacy and quiet. Hanit and her staff had prepared the house in spectacular fashion complete with gift basket, custom Cala logo beach bag and smartly placed amenities including a generous flat screen TV (not needed with that ocean view!), hefty bluetooth speaker and a kitchen so complete we felt guilty using it so little!...We indulged in the many concierge services offered including restaurant delivery and, one night, a private chef for an intimate dinner party we could not resist hosting given the spectacular circumstances we were luxuriating in. We tip our sun hats to Hanit and the Cala Vacation crew.

Home Away From Home - Our Love of Water Views!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at a Cala Luxury property and this newest location “VILLA DIVINA “ did not disappoint. So much attention to detail and comfort. We easily entertained 18 for a sit down dinner while the amazing sun set on the infinity pool and Pacific Ocean. Over our 2 months stay, whether the 4 bedrooms were full with family and friends, or we had the place to ourselves, there was always an ease to our day to day living... just by the way the property is run and looked after with such great staff. Thanks again for another memorable stay!!! We love Santa Teresa!! We will be back ❤️❤️

Everything is just “Divine” at Villa Divina!

Villa Divina was a dream vacation for us! The mountain top view of the ocean, infinity pool sunsets and surrounding jungle views was beyond our wildest dreams. Lots of flora and fauna with the beautifully landscaped gardens busy with activity of hummingbirds, dragonflies and colourful butterflies. The villa is spacious and equppied with everything you need for a fun family (even has a ping pong table) or a relaxing romantic holiday. The villa is designed for luxurious comfort. The staff are excellent attending to your every need or dream. From arranging a chef to prepare a dinner for you, a fishing trip in nearby Mal Pais, to zip lining and waterfalls, horseback riding, ATV adventures...your choice of tropical and cultural experiences are endless. You won’t be disappointed!

The vacation of a lifetime!

A perfect getaway for an exciting adventure and/or a peaceful and quiet retreat. There are too many positive things to list about Villa Divina. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and immaculate with five star amenities, not to mention a perfect ocean view from each room. Excellent location, just a five minute ride to the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend any of the daily excursions offered, especially a trip to the waterfalls. Either swimming and unwinding by the breathtaking infinity edge pool, or venturing down the mountain to grab a drink and bite to eat on the beach; there is something for everyone to do. The pictures don't do it justice, you have to see it in person. Hats off to the owners! I will definitely be booking again soon and have already told friends and family to do the same. What are you waiting for!?

A beautiful place!

Such a beautiful property and even better views! Everything you need is on the property. Daily maid service is amazing so you never have to lift a finger - they do it all! Couldn’t have asked for a better way to relax and enjoy a week away - definitely recommend.

The Most Beautiful Oasis!

This property is absolutely amazing! Nothing feels better than the warm breeze on your face, taking in the breathtaking view of the ocean as you first enter this home away from home! The staff were fantastic and tended to all of our needs. The rancho was our favourite place to relax and the ping pong table hosted many competitive games. Villa Divina will be our vacation destination many times in the future! We were sad to leave this paradise behind for others to enjoy.

Incredible Mountain Villa

We had 4 couples staying for 10 days and friends visiting. Lots of room for all dining , poolside or in huge tiki hut. Super comfy mattresses- everything is new. Very safe and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower- resort feel Amazing views of ocean,- saw monkeys , native birds regularly Big pool fabulous for a big group or swimming laps. Top quality furniture and finishes Maid service, gardener, pool guys and concierge very nice A real gem- best vacation

Villa Divina, is one of the most beautiful villa.

Villa Divina is one of the most beautiful villas I rented in Costa Rica, the house is spacious , the kitchen is just a dream, the infinity pool has a magnificent view of the jungle and the ocean, amazing for sunset. Each room is identical with beautiful outdoor bathroom. The staff is lovely. We had a beautiful holiday in this villa, tons of joy and magnificent memories, we did not want to leave!
