Directly on beach - Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from unit!

This Unit is on the 5th Floor so no storm surge from Hurricane Helena. The building parking lot and elevator have significant damage and repairs are ongoing now. Please be prepared to take stairs as the elevator needs repair. The unit is perfect if you need a clean dry condo, comfortable bed and warm shower.

If reserving in November-January please inquire before booking so I can describe the status of the area.

Peaceful Paradise

This location is perfect for two people and had everything we needed. The beach was pretty quiet even on the weekend, so there was always room to set up chairs. It is very close to a lot of different places that we enjoyed. We had a lovely time!!

Great location

The owner was very easy to communicate with - and the location was PERFECT. It was close to many spots, but far enough away that it was a little "quieter". The condo had everything you need, in fact, best part was having a cooler, umbrella, and chairs to use at the beach just a quick walk out the door. The balcony chairs were higher so that when you are sitting outside drinking your coffee in the morning, your view was not obstructed with the railing. Such a great stay.

Great stay with a great host

We had such a lovely stay at Julie’s property. The location is great—right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. She had everything we needed to hang on the beach all day—cooler, umbrella, towels, chairs. And the beach is a quieter beach where we didn’t have to get up early to get a spot. And if you don’t want to go down to the beach, the views from the balcony are lovely as well. The condo itself was just right for two of us. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Julie was very responsive when I had questions and reached out a couple days before our stay and the day before our departure. I would absolutely stay here again for another beach vacation!

COCKROACHES RAMPID

The unit was infested with roaches on the countertops and crawling up my leg in the living room area. We could handle that for 5 nights of the 10 and had to leave. The owner was apologetic and refunded the proper amount.

When can we return?

Great experience. Beautiful beach, comfortable apartment. Some suggestions: 1. Change the shower head. Please get one with less powerful jets or at least with adjustable jets. 2. Better parking for guests? 3. Change door lock to keypad type. If you accidentally leave your car keys in the apartment on departure, how do you retrieve them? 4. I filled out the check in process field, above, because it is required, but it really is "Not Applicable".

Anniversary trip

Husband and I stayed for our anniversary. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Loved going out on the little landing and watching the sun set. We had a great time.

Nice, but

Condo was nice, only problem I had was the bed was hard, not enough padding. View was nice from the balcony! Adequate parking. I did not like that you have to walk all the way around to the front of the parking lot for the elevator from the beach. Also, I didn't like that the additional parking is right on the beach....I mean asphalt, step, beach....that took away from a beach vacation feel. This area has more rocks and shells (broken)on the beach and as you go in and out of the water which is hard on your feet, not as nice as the sand at Clearwater and Destin.

We were so happy to be right on the beach and have such incredible views of the ocean from our windows and balcony. The condo was perfect and very nice and had everything we needed! Great having beach chairs for the beach!

Great location with a great view

This condo is in a great location not far from Clearwater, John’s pass and St. Pete. There is a Caddy’s restaurant within walking distance which is very convenient. Julie the owner is very responsive and she made check in and check out so easy for us. We would most definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Condo on the Beach

My husband and I enjoyed this comfortable, relaxing condo for our Florida beach vacation. The bed was comfy and the living room furniture and space just right for watching nighttime tv and movies. Each evening we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset and the beauty of the gulf. The beach (and pool ) is an elevator ride away for wonderful walks, swimming and beach fun.

Beautiful sunsets from gulf front condo

We had a relaxing time staying at this one bedroom condo. It was right on the gulf with an amazing view of the sunset. The beach is not very wide here so it doesn't take long to get to the water. The condo was well equipped with everything that we needed.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love sunset beach. I’ve been coming here for the last 20 years.
It’s one of the nicest beaches in North America. I love this property because it’s in a quiet neighborhood but still walkable to restaurants and stores. Also, the wildlife, including dolphins, can be seen from the balcony. This property is true beach life and a dream come true for me.
