**This complex has three separate apartments, and this rental is located on the ground level of the complex. Your entrance and all of the space shown and listed is private for you, and completely separate from the other apartment. The hot tub area is private to you**

CHECK-OUT:
Strictly at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are not possible, and additional fees may apply for delays per cleaning teams policy with our company.

The beach is walkable just a few blocks away. Its much easier to drive due to a busy street and provided beach gear. Free beach parking near by.

Kitty hawk stay

Very clean charmingly decorated. The place had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood and it was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. Communication was excellent and I love that they send a list of recommendations of restaurants and things to do.

Amazing property! Exactly as pictured and really stunning! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hot tub was a great way to end every day. Restaurants were fantastic and the entire stay was just perfect! So close to the beach too! We'll be back!

It was so clean and decorated well and the tv projector 120” in the master was awesome. Well located on a quiet back street. We only spent 1 night but slept well. Mattress great!

Absolutely Stunning

The first thing we did when we got to the property was take a video to show everyone how beautiful the place is & how accurate it was to the listing. We could not get over how accurate it was the entire trip saying “it’s the most accurate listing we’ve ever seen.” The property manager gave us a list of recommendations which all turned out to be amazing spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

HGTV Quality property

We absolutely loved this property. It's only a few blocks from the beach but we preferred to drive over due to the main road being 2 blocks away. But it was so quiet and peaceful. Even when we were outside in the hot tub, we both kept commenting how quiet it was. The property itself was gorgeous. It felt like a flip or reno from an HGTV show. Everything was up to date, stylish and the bed was super comfy. Simply can't say enough good things about this property.

Kitty Hawk Getaway Stay

Our hosts were wonderfully attentive. It is a charming, comfortable and cozy, little apartment. It is perfect for a short getaway stay on the Outer Banks. The natural beauty of OBX is breathtaking and this little out of the way apartment offers a chance to experience that. It is central to everything. We'll be back!

Great place for romantic getaway!

Husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The place is well decorated and amenities provided were just what we needed. Restaurants, stores, and the beach are close by or just a ten minute drive away. Host made check in and out easy with detailed instructions. We felt very welcomed in their home. Comfortable. Roomy. Clean. Lovely! The projector was such an awesome amenity, and the kitchenette was very well equipped. Thank you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It is 3 blocks from the beach, with a very busy, 5 lane highway/street to cross. We walked a few times but the car made for less stressful access.

RT & Grace were exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Even helping to remedy a small issue with exceptional speed. I particularly appreciated the online guidebook they provided outlining where everything is in the area and wonderful eating selections. The apartment itself is adorable and perfect for a quick getaway. Walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to everything you will need. And on those stormy nights, that enormous projector in the bedroom was like snuggling at the best (dry) drive-in movie theatre!

Cute and Comfortable Stay in the OBX

Cute, immaculate place. Beautifully furnished and clean, it gave you the feeling of cozy and comfy. Had every amenity we needed. Centrally located, so it was super easy for us to use as a home base for site-seeing the wild horses on the beaches of Carolla, the Wright Brothers Monument, the beaches and restaurants in Nags Head, to the lighthouse in Cape Hatteras. We would stay here again, in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Great home, great location!

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable apartment with an awesome location- tucked back just enough from the main road to be quiet while still incredibly close to the beach and some great restaurants. Check in and check out was super easy, and our host was so kind and quick to communicate. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this property!

Great stay!

This was our first visit to the Outer Banks area. Staying at this clean comfortable beautifully decorated suite was delightful. Super comfortable bed, projector TV in bedroom, beautiful kitchen, living room with tv and spacious bathroom with large shower. One suggestion, which does not take away from the great experience but could be helpful ... add a couple towel bars in the bathroom and a small shelf or cabinet to set toiletries on, There is no place to set any of your bathroom items or way to do things like dry and curl hair or do makeup, etc. Overall a great experience and a place I'd love to stay at again. I hear these owners have other places as well....would be worth checking out.

Comfy, clean, great decor, functional, close to everything!

We had an amazing few days staying in this wonderful property!! Artim was an amazing host, quick to text/e-mail when we booked, on the day of check in and Artim even sent a digital recommendation of places to go in the area!! The condo was clean, the linens were high quality, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great shampoo/conditioner /body wash, the mini kitchenette with full fridge was perfect for a long weekend getaway
 I loved the decor as well.., very tasteful beach style. It has a projector for movie night. Everything was perfect
 Just remember to bring your own beach towels! I’ll definitely book here again!
