We have a lovely pool and tennis court on the property with a Yaga platform by the ocean. Only a 15 minute walk on the beach to Cabarete's lively little town, where you can have a great meal and dance the night away.
This oceanfront townhouse is incredibly bright and refreshing, naturally cooled by the ocean air. The decor is tropical with fresh white walls and different hues of blue that go so well with the amazing view of the cool blue water and sky. There is a beautiful mural painted by the owner that is a perfect backdrop for some family photos.

The ground floor has the living room that opens onto the patio, which has a dining table and chairs for enjoying a coffee in the morning with the sun rise or a cocktail in the evening. Comfortable club chairs sit just meters from the beach allow you to relax and watch the colorful kites in the blue sky above.

The open kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make your daily meals. There is a great large round table for eating your meals, working, or doing a puzzle or two. You have the best view of the water for washing your dishes, this make this job pleasureful.

There is also a secured covered rear patio that has a large BBQ that is a practical space for safe keeping and the drying of sports equipment. A powder room on the first floor for your convenience.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed that you can enjoy lazy mornings with the open french doors out to the balcony, that allow the cool breezes off the aqua blue water to fill the room and start your day in utter relaxation. There is a safe in the closet for you to protect your valuables.

The second bedroom has comfortable new beds. A queen and twin, which is great for a family with children or another couple. A lovely green garden is the view from this room that is also refreshing and cool.

In the main bathroom there is a fun mural and a washing machine for your convenience. You can dry the cloths on the rooftop.The rooftop has spectacular panoramic views that is perfect for sunning or having nice dinners in the evening. There is a shower here for bathing ala fresco.

Fully equipped kitchen with water cooler, refrigerator freezer, countertop gas range, convection and microwave oven, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Split unit AC in both bedrooms, and ceiling fans throughout.All bed linen and towels will be supplied. 32 “ cable TV in the living room and private WIFI throughout.
