Adjacent to the kitchen, discover a delightful sunroom offering the perfect spot to capture the morning sun's rays. The master bedroom is a haven, featuring a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a 3/4 master bath with a double vanity. On the main floor, you'll also find a full bath, convenient laundry facilities, and an additional bedroom. Venture downstairs to the basement, where a full kitchen, living area, 3/4 bath, and another laundry room await. The basement opens up to the backyard, creating a seamless connection with the outdoors. The backyard is a haven for outdoor activities, providing an ideal space for yard games. There is a patio overlooking the lake with gas firepit. One basement bedroom boasts a king bed, while the other offers a queen bed. Enjoy the amenities of the yard, including games, a fire pit, a gas grill, a Blackstone grill, and a professional ice maker. Welcome to your home away from home oasis.

Amazing view!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with family! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved spending time visiting in the sunroom and playing cards at the kitchen table. The location was is wonderful right on Hall lake with an amazing view! There is also a public park very close called Amber Lake Park. We can’t wait to come back

Beautiful lake views!

We headed to MN last minute for a family funeral. Vonnie was extremely easy to work with, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile! When we were at the house we spent most of our time in the upstairs sunroom talking and taking in the beautiful view! Having a place we could all be together, at a better price than a local motel was great. Definitely would recommend to others!

Great location & home

We have stayed at this property a few times when coming to Fairmont to visit family. Every time has been a wonderful stay. We have 3 young kids and it is a great place to stay with kids. There have been zero issues and we will continue to book here when we come to town!

We highly recommend this property! It is spacious and a great layout for a big family. The view was lovely and the house was very comfortable. It was just as we expected from the description! We didn’t really need the owner for anything but she was great!

Wonderful Lake House

We had such a wonderful time at the lake house! Every rental has its hiccups - but Vonnie was super accommodating and a joy to work with. The house was clean and everything it claimed to be online. The lake views are amazing and our kids all had a great time. I definitely recommend this gem on Hall Lake.

Great spot next to the lake

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. A lot of space for a large family gathering. Great having two kitchens, lot of refrigerator space, lot of counter space. Outdoor space was really good too with a grill and firepits. Great view of the lake from two large windows facing the lake. The neighborhood was really safe too with two playgrounds nearby. Out kids had a great time. It was everything we needed for our gathering. Vonnie was very flexible and with a last minute change of plans. She was also very responsive when we had any questions.

Perfect for Family Events

We had an unfortunate death in the family and chose this location to be the main hosting space for our family from out of town. It was perfect. The lake views and large space was exactly what we needed to have quality time together. It was also amazing have a park so close for the kids. Would definitely come back!

Family vacation in Fairmont, MN

We are very impressed with the owners. So very nice and easy to talk with and very accommodating. The house was very clean and comfortable all 11 of us. Loved the lake view. And easy access to other lakes and beaches. Plan to go back next summer. Thanks for sharing your second home with us.

Well, I dont have a single bad thing to say. The house is cozy. Beds are comfortable. Sunrise view is stunning! We'll be back simply so that we can have a weekend of sunrises and coffee and fishing again! Vonnie was easy to get a hold of and totally accommodating. We are so blessed that we got to stay here. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 would stay again!

Perfect Winter Getaway

We had a super relaxing, fun family getaway at Vonnie’s lake house. Such a gorgeous view of Lake Hall. We watched the various activities of ice fishermen, snowmobiles zooming past, stunning sunrises. Beautiful, Unique Oasis

Our vacation at this place was fantastic! Just as described, it is a spacious, peaceful oasis. A wall of huge windows overlooks the lake from the living room. Each morning, we awoke to a quiet sunrise. The house is decorated in an airy style with color and artistic flair, which blends the outside and the inside beauty. It had spacious bedrooms with very comfortable king-sized beds in two of them. Each kitchen was well-stocked, spacious, and had modern appliances and large counter tops that made meals easy to prepare. One of the most unique features of this home is that it has two living spaces -- one upstairs, one downstairs. Each level has its own kitchen, living room/entertainment area, bathroom and two bedrooms. Essentially, it's like renting two separate homes without compromising the "feel" of being together as a family. Vonnie is a great host! As well as being accommodating, she is quick to respond to any questions or concerns and provided for easy access in and out of the place. Our sincere thanks go out to you, Vonnie, for offering your home as a vacation rental. It's definitely a place we'd like to return!
