IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING WHITE LANE:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! There is a limit of two dogs per reservation and the fee is $150.00 per pet. Each pet fee must be paid and your pet must be registered prior to your arrival. You must cleanup after your pets and they must remain on a leash at all times.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

Details of White Lane:
Sitting on a shallow channel that leads to Oyster Bay and Bon Secour River, is this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home that is away from the busy beaches and bright lights, yet close enough you can still enjoy everything our beach town has to offer! Public Beach access is located approximately 6.5 miles from this property! Depending on high tide the channel can be as low as 2' and as high as 4' throughout the year and is perfect for your flat bottom boat. The onsite Boat House offers electricity and cleats to secure your boat, as well as additional cleats along the sea wall. There is also a display board under the house to hang your fresh catch and is the perfect spot for photographing your catch of the day!

The house is 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and offers sleeping for 10. The floorplan offers a large and open Living Room with a sleeper sofa, Dining, and Kitchen, so everyone can be involved in conversation whether you are preparing the days catch or watching a movie on the sofa. The Living Room has a sofa with 2 Chairs and a 55" Television. This property does offer cable & Wifi! The Dining Area offers seating for 6, and the Kitchen is fully stocked with large and small appliances.

The Primary Bedroom offers Queen Bedding with dresser and private Bath. The walk-in closet offers space to hang your clothes and store your personal belongings. There is also a full size laundry room adjacent to the Private Bath. The two Guest Bedrooms share a hall bathroom, which features a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. Guest Bedroom 1 offers Queen Bedding and Guest Bedroom 2 offers two sets of Twin Bunk Beds.
In addition to the house, an RV hookup is provided on site that will accommodate an up to 30 ft RV or camper. Power, water and sewer hookups are provided. A 30 amp-110 volt special RV adapter plug is mounted on a post downstairs and a concrete slab and leveled gravel area where the vehicle will need to be parked and set up. Pricing for the RV is in addition to the house but can be paid in the same booking.

Due to this home's location there is wildlife, such as alligators and snakes. Please use caution when outside and do not allow children or dogs to roam. Also, no swimming or diving in the channel!
