I canât think of one thing negative to say about the condo and or location. It was a lovely condo and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brian Head or surrounding area
This condo had a nice location and was well appointed. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We did have issue with a thermostat that didnât turn on so living room was chilly in the evening and morning. Called maintenance and it was a joke! So if you donât need a problem solved or fixed, youâll enjoy the condo. Would be tight fit with 4 or more people staying.
The check in process was done all online/text which made it convenient and easy. Finding the condo was a challenge but, it was dark when we arrived so that could have added to our challenge. However we eventually located the condo building. Parking was convenient and close to the building. Check In was easy, and property was clean and described accordingly. There was plenty of extra bedding, towels and kitchen utensils in the condo. Location of the condo was perfect to ski lifts. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.
We are family of four and our dog. The condo was the perfect setup for us with the two bedrooms and two full baths. We brought our own food and found the kitchen was well equipped. Unit was easy to get to from the parking lot as well.
Pros:
Close to Giant Steps and Wildflower lifts, but not easily walked to, had to drive. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Nice path to walk the dog which was kept clear of snow.
Cons:
Upstairs overhead unit was quite noisy and we could hear every step. Plus they were up until very late at night. Toaster would burn breads easily, and only a small fan in the kitchen. No tissue boxes in the condo.
