Welcome to 127 Turnberry Drive!

This beautifully designed Charleston beach home is the perfect spot for your next family getaway. Nestled on Kiawah Island's stunning 5th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course, it's just a short drive from the Vanderhorst Plantation gate. Here, you can experience everything Kiawah has to offer — tennis, golf, biking, fishing, water sports, wildlife, and so much more.

With six bedrooms and six bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably accommodates multiple families, reunions, or groups of friends. Highlights include an updated kitchen, three inviting living areas, generous room sizes, and a brand-new pool.

Main Level
The first floor features three bedrooms and bathrooms, the main kitchen, two living rooms, a dining area, and a laundry room. The open-concept design creates a welcoming flow between spaces — perfect for gathering together or relaxing in your own corner. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to prepare delicious meals.
The first living area opens to the kitchen and dining space, while the second offers a cozy setting for movie nights with a big-screen TV and comfortable sectional sofa. Each of the three bedrooms (Bedrooms 1–3) includes a king bed, sitting area, private bathroom, and TV.

Second Level
Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and another living room. Bedroom 4 features two queen beds and a private bathroom. Bedroom 5 includes two queen beds, a daybed with a trundle, private bathroom, and TV. Bedroom 6 offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and TV.

Wonderful Stay

We once again had a fantastic time at this location. The house provided plenty of space and all the extras (beach chairs, cooking supplies, etc). The owners are very accommodating and ensured that we had everything we needed. We are excited for the new pool currently being built. We will be back again soon!

Amazing Space!

Our family of twelve had an absolutely wonderful week in this amazing home. The home's floor plan provides great central space to gather as a family. The open concept kitchen/family room made cooking a family affair. The floor plan has the bedrooms arranged in such a way, they each offer a high level of privacy. The deck and outdoor shower were very popular with our family as well. The home has everything you need to make wonderful memories. We will definitely rent again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We just had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home for ten days and did not want to leave! It was the perfect spot for our group consisting of two families with younger children. The home is very spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen items to beach gear. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and easy access to the bike path, a pleasant and quick five minute ride to the beach. We look forward to returning again in the future!

We rented this home with 12 people including a newborn. It is a beautiful home with comfortable furnishings throughout. The bedroom above the garage was perfect for the newborn and parents. It was away from the main areas affording them privacy. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with every appliance needed; 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, Kuerig, Expresso machine etc.. The first night we couldn’t find a wine opener. But the following day we discoverd a full bar area with an opener and more????. There are three separate living areas with comfortable seating for tv, video games and relaxation. The dining room table was great for dinner and game nights. The beach is a short bike ride away. Maintenance was responsive. Our only recommendation would be for an ice maker. The ice maker in the freezer door isn’t adequate for a large group on vacation.

We have rented 127 Turnberry many times in recent years. Last year we were disappointed because the previous owners had let a lot of things slip, missing essentials, etc. However, the new owners have fixed all the problems and we had no issues this year.
