This spacious condominium is located 1,000 vertical feet above Breckenridge, CO. The spectacular views overlook the town, the Breckenridge Ski Resort, and the entire Ten Mile Range. Each full size unit offers vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large private deck, garage parking, a private ski locker, a fully equipped kitchen and much more! You will have access to the pool, spa and exercise facilities at the Breckenridge Recreation Center. You will also take pleasure relaxing in the on-site hot tubs after a long day experiencing all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
We had a great time and appreciated the fact that the bus stop is at the end of the driveway. The floor plan was great for our party, especially with the three bathrooms. The views were beautiful and we even saw some wildlife. The only thing I wish I knew was that the hot tubs were in the building, but shared, and you had to go outside in the snow to get to them. Appreciated the fact that the host left humidifiers because the air is very dry in Colorado in the winter.
The condo had all the things listed and was as advertised. The kitchen supplies were light ie had to wash everything after every meal so were would have dishes and pans for the preparation of the next meal. The staff on the property were very professional and kind. The unit is very dated and windows drafty (as older wood windows and doors are). The unit had directions for the heat and fireplace and coffee maker (good thing because if was very different.). The beds were old and on the "taco side"(sagging in the middle) and not comfortable. I did notice this in the pictures but was hoping it wasn't the case. We did have a small dog with us and were so happy this property is dog friendly. The drive up requires good tires or vehicle. We did not have a problem this trip, but have stayed in other units in this complex and have had a few tricky trips up. As kind and professional as everyone was, we would not rent this unit again. The beds were just too uncomfortable and made our backs ache.
